Hmm... "Dolce and Nirvana" makes me think of Indian sweets.  -Which I love, but I don't think you'll be selling kulfi and halawah.

Since you'll be setting up shop in a relatively "rural" area, I'd stick to something simple and basic.  But still cute.  Hmmm... How about:

"Sugar And Nice"

Well... Maybe not that... ;)

DR Jose (and others) thanks for your input.  In a small town with a population that is probably 90% caucasion, I don't think we'll be mistaken for an indian bakery :)   Thanks for the 2 Bears/2 Cubs idea, that got a chuckle.  Everything is still in the planning stages but Dolce and Nirvana is the best we have so far.

We'll definately keep HHW informed on our progress to move east.  My goal is to be back there in time to see "Ragtime" at NYC Opera next year!!
