I'm up, I'm up - forgot to set the alarm - slept about nine and a half hours, which I needed, but I seem to have missed the morning and thirty minutes of the afternoon.

This got lost last night, so asking here -

Does anyone know - Is there any easy way to share a video from itunes to YouTube?

Fred, I would assume that if it's not copy guarded, you should just be able to upload it like a regular video (assuming that you haven't tried that yet and it didn't work, but you just wanted to know if it was a different process).  I've uploaded a few video clips, but nothing from iTunes.  I would hope/think that it's that easy. :-\

After a tiring day, a commuter settled down in his seat and closed his eyes.
As the train rolled out of the station, the young woman sitting next to him pulled
out her cell phone and started talking in a loud voice:
"Hi sweetheart. It's Sue. I'm on the train".
"Yes, I know it's the six thirty and not the four thirty, but I had a long meeting".
"No, honey, not with that Kevin from the accounting office. It was with the boss".
"No sweetheart, you're the only one in my life".
"Yes, I'm sure, cross my heart!"
Fifteen minutes later, she was still talking loudly.
When the man sitting next to her had enough, he leaned over and said into the phone,
"Sue, hang up the phone and come back to bed."
Sue doesn't use her cell phone in public any longer.

I wonder if DR Jrand66 can tell us if there's any special disturbance in the heavens this past week or so.  Various friends are experiencing all manner of mishaps, and even my own adventures have been complicated in ridiculous ways.

Yesterday, two friends a few hundred miles apart from each other totaled their cars (fortunately, no personal harm).

Also yesterday, the local theater got declined on three (count em) play requests for next season due to regional conflicts, and they were already trying to come up with a replacement for a fourth -- that's four out of five productions.

And so it goes...

It must be contagious...it looks like Theater Artists Olympia will no longer be able to rent The Midnight Sun.  We had to cancel a show for September (the director had to go out of town due to a family emergency and no one was able to take over), and now we don't have enough money, or a way to get enough money, for the rest of the year. :(

We're going to send a letter to the owner to see if she'll work with us, so there's a tiny sliver of a glimmer of hope...but not very much.

ChasSmith, why don't you suggest to the local theater that they do The Brain from Planet X - they won't get turned down :)

Believe me, I want to do it.  I've mentioned it to the person I feel should direct it, and he's interested, but not for this theater or time slot.  They just finished a reasonably successful run of Zombie Prom, and he felt it might be in too similar a vein to propose there just now.

Maybe I mentioned this, but my friend Kristi had been running to doctors and the ER with odd pains and nausea over the past couple of weeks.  Every time someone thought they'd found the cause, the "solution" lasted but a day.  Finally, a CT-scan revealed a cyst on an ovary, and, long story short, they went in to remove it yesterday and check everything else out.  The surgeon said it was a large "free floating" fibroid which itself had grown a cyst, and it had been pushing against everything.  He just lifted it right out of her.  She has to heal from the surgery, but already feels like a million dollars.

Great news. Continued vibes.!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
