Well, you've read the notes, the notes noted what a revoltin' development this is, and now it is time for you to post until the revoltin' cows come home.

And the way I'm feeling about our new HUGE all-time low?  If we even approach that one more time, I will think about shutting this board down, as I will not watch us dwindle down to a precious few - that would just be too too nauseating to even think about.  In fact, I won't think about it - I'll just do it.  I haz spoken.

Perhaps if a few of our fifty-eight GUESTS would join our merry troupe, we wouldn't have achieved the HUGE new all-time low we just achieved.

Hooray! My internet connection is back. I just hope it stays that way. It's a good job I was away most of the time it was off or I would have been tearing my hair out. I see now that the ISP did post a notice on their website the first day it went down, saying some customers were having connection problems. Dead right!

The exterminator will be here in about 2 hours.

After that we will have breakfast and then go about our day.

Back to work tomorrow after finishing by deadline.

It will be less hectic for a day or two but then my yearly project will kick in and in the last 9 days I will have to work hard and fast to finish as much as possible.

Of course, if we had closed earlier this project would be well over 50 percent done and by the time of my last day for 2011 (November 30) I would have been 99.99% done. But, then, I'm just the grunt that does the work. Who cares about that?

I’ve always fondly remembered the film FRENCH CANCAN from the time I first saw it at the age of 10. My parents were keen filmgoers and especially liked French films and they took me and the rest of the family to see numerous foreign language films – fortunately I was a good reader (I had to be!) so sub-titles never bothered me. I had never seen the film again until the recent French Blu-ray release.

It has now been released by the BFI in the UK, which I’ve just got – I wanted this version as well, partly because I wanted to see the making of documentary and restoration featurette with English sub-titles – the French disc only has French language. It also contains an 18 page booklet about the film. The disc – with those wonderful colors - looks exactly like the French version; the master was provided by Gaumont who did the French disc. The restoration feature is interesting and explains that the film was restored from the original negative which had been stored at the BFI. The UK release is locked to region B I’m afraid.

The laundry is on the go. Later on I will be preparing the roast leg of lamb which should be yummy delicious.

It's a beautiful sunny day here.

The load in for the Stephen J. Falat Holiday Basket Project is December 2nd. We will then work from December 5th through the 9th and the next week for as long as it takes to finish (probably another 2 or 3 days). The rest of the time in December is ours. We have no plans other than to just relax and enjoy the holidays.

Last year my work was interrupted by that pesky problem with my appendix. It won't happen this year since I don't have it anymore. It's the 26th Year and all should go smoothly.

Here I am...with Kerry and 41 guests.

It's nice to know that 40-plus people tune in to the "day of our lives" each morning to see what's up, what's happening, what's doin' and what-all-else.

Maybe, however, they're tryin' to figure out where in the world is JoseSPiano?

And once again....I post...and all 40-plus guests disappear.

When I arrived on this page and saw all those guests I "refreshed" the page just to make sure there were 41.  And 41 remained in place.  I scrawled a few words, and BAZINGA...everyone headed for the hills...or the flatlands...or the mall.

I'm back after a hop, skip and jump to other sites...and now I see an anomaly.  Once again, this site tells me I'm here with 42 guests.  I'm betting there will be zero guests when I post this.

I just found those two straps to make my bathing suit smaller.  I could not believe where i found them.

Outside!

I think they were in the pouch where i keep my keys (in my purse). Maybe at night when i took my keys out they flew out of my purse??

I must have dreamed about putting them in a safe place. That is the weirdest part.

Good thing i stopped looking. Cause that is about the last place i would have checked!

My niece has had a fever on and off all week. My sister took her to the doctor earlier in the week. And there was no infection. But the fever came back friday and saturday.

So i went to the tiny tots clinic yesterday morning at 9am and they said they would be taking appointments for Sunday at 8am Sunday. So i go back at 8am. And the place is closed (but people are waiting). When the lady finally opens the doors (at around 8:15am) she says there are no more appointments.

She says they were all taken online. My sister had been trying online. But apparently they are only open online from 10pm-7am. :(

So she's on a waiting list. But now my sister called to say she doesn't have a fever right now. So even if they call she is not sure what to do. :(

Since my sister Molly couldn't use the computer I gave her - I asked my Uncle Wayne if he would like to use it.  I have been pestering him to get on the inner web for many years.....and to my surprise he said yes.

I took it out to his house this morning and set it up, and he will call Comcast tomorrow to come out to make the connection.....and then he will be on the net!!!

His house was custom built by an architect in the late 1970's and is very unique.  It has lots of angles and skylights and gallery windows.......a floating staircase.....and a conversation pit with a wet bar.....it is fun to be in.

I can't pull the photo from Google street view....but it is very fun!
