Besides missing DR Jeanne and DR Jennifer, we haven't heard anything lately from DR DR Iris.

Glad that DR Rodzinski had good family time at yesterday's wedding. And good cake.

Hearing the incomparable Darlene Edwards yesterday reminded me of her classic version of "Cocktails For Two" with husband Johnathan on piano.

Hello and happy Sunday! On the new episode of the Broadway Radio Show, we are looking at the Musical Side of Playwrights Horizons.  Over the last 50+ years, this great New York Off-Broadway company has developed some great plays, but they've also presented some wonderful musicals and you'll hear from more than 20 of them on this week's show...check it out!

Taxing refund vibes for DR ELMORE.

I suspect the refund, if it ever arrives, will be quite less than what I expected. What I really need more than anything is some work!

Forget your troubles, c'mon get happy
You better chase all your cares away
Shout "hallelujah", c'mon get happy
Get ready for the judgement day

The sun is shinin', c'mon get happy
The Lord is waitin' to take your hand
Shout "hallelujah", c'mon get happy
We're going to the promise land

And that is the best I can muster on this cheery, if a bit overcast, Sunday morning on the 28th of April.  And where the frell has this month gone, I ask you!!!

In less than half an hour, I shall enter the door of Third Generation and get my Sunday dinner.

This afternoon, I have my weekly Zoom chat with like-minded individuals, and I have absolutely no idea what will be on any of their minds today.

Ketchuping:

DR Elmore, that is so unfortunate and aggravating about the IRS refund. When you first posted their note, I thought the wording implied that yours had simply fallen victim to a random check that they may or may not do (I have no idea), and that any delay should be a couple of days at worst. Then you posted that perhaps this new impersonal tax preparer might very well have made some stupid error.

Here's hoping for a fast (at least at this point) and acceptable resolution. And of course some great new employment!

I am also enthused about DR Elmore's reunion with the ballet stream of last night, and I greatly look forward to mine own.
