George. As Doug Llwellyn used to say, "You take 'em to court." That property owner owes you for those damages. He can take his cut out of the neigbor's deposit and so forth.

Thanks!  I like that idea. :D I don't even know the renter's last name. :-\

The master birder says female pheasant, just like I thought. I hope she is safe from the red-tailed hawk I've seen around here!

Are you sure you heard that correctly?

I wasn't sure if it was a female pheasant or not. Up north they are much more colorful.  But I'm not going to grouse about it

Our best debator at School was from the Math department.

Unusual of course as Pof Orr would know.  Usually Math teachers are inarticulate and called "tick and cross" people.

I've already decided on my New Year's Resolution. I'm going to go through my closets, donate all the clothes I don't wear (for whatever reason) to charity and put together a nice but much smaller wardrobe with what I have and by buying a few choice items.

My office has a casual everyday policy and I've decided I'm really not in favor of it because I seem to be getting lazier and lazier about what I wear when I'm not in Court.  I don't think that's a good thing. So my resolution is to change my wardrobe to still fit my personality but be a lot sharper.

Is this the same Karen Murphy from Zombie Prom??  I love that show! ;D I think she's wonderful in it (at least on the recording...I've never seen it live).  I also have Forbidden Broadway, Volume 2.  That's very good, also!

Sad about Sentator Johnson from S Dak being taken to the hospital. They thought it was a stroke, but are now saying it wasn't heart or stroke. He was the only Senator with a child fighting in Iraq, at least at one time.  He seems to be a really decent guy. He's from a town about 30 miles from here, so we hear of him often

According to Playbill.com, Cassidys and Shirley Jones Set for Sondheim Benefit Concert!!

By Side By Side By Side By Side by Stephen Sondheim is the lengthy title of the 23rd Annual Southland Theatre Artists Goodwill Event (S.T.A.G.E.), which will be held March 10 at 8 PM and March 11 at 3 PM at the Wilshire Theatre in Beverly Hills.

BK, any possibility that you might be able to record it?? ::)

Does you (or anyone) know if it's already been arranged to be recorded?

Under two hours before my shuttle arrives.

You wouldn't believe how industrious I can be when I'm too anxious to just sit.  I thoroughly cleaned out, then cleaned up my refrigerator.

No, DR George!  It's Cason Murphy's delightful mother who revealed at The Brain that she's been a lurker on HHW and we all want her to join us.
