DR ChasSmith, do scan more of your autographs, they are fun to see.

I collected autographed photos back in the early 90s, before celebs starting charging for them. Got a ton of great ones...of course most of those people are now passed away  :'(

One of these days I will get to scanning them, also.

Yes, Vixmom, the Stupid Driver Law is a necessary thing. Those washes flood and people try to drive through and get stuck. For some stupid reason, there is a road to a shopping center that goes through a wash. People always get stuck in that one.

Lovely photo DR MBARNUM....were you at the wedding?

The wedding was in Delhi, so didn't go to it.

I went to Jerry's Delhi yesterday.

I've done the show order for two-thirds of the Lerner show - too many ballads so it's difficult.  I thought about trying to switch one out with an up, but it's too late now  - oh, a Lerner reference.

I like those new titles DR CHAS SMITH.

If Delhi got you DR MBARNUM, we might not get you back.  I watched FOUL PLAY last night - a fine Japanese murder mystery sent to me by YOU!  I liked it a lot.  Many disguises and some plain looking Japanese women.....comedy & mystery.....   And I didn't figure it out.....although I had my suspicions.  Oh yes, I had my suspicions.

DR CHAS SMITH have you had a "happy everything" as Miss Hedren wished you?

Personally, I think Miss Hedren still owes me.  Although...I did have an everything bagel this morning, if that's what she was referring to.

I don't have anything approaching an autograph "collection", just a few here and there.  If I'd been aggressive about it back in the day, the situation could have been quite different.

Well no autograph collection is complete without an Allison Hayes, a Carroll Baker, and a Frances Farmer.

I have one out of the three, at least.

Don't think I could afford the other two.

Went to the doctor yesterday.  I have a 9mm stone--this time on the right side.  I did everything I was told.  I took the pills the doctor said would stop them from forming.  I drank lemonade for lunch and dinner and STILL i formed a big honking stone.  I haven't drank any dark colored liquids either.  I don't know how to stop them.

I guess it's another day surgery for me but this time I can't bother Thelma.  She is helping the guy across her street who is dying of brain cancer.  I can't have her go with me so I will have to stay in the hospital overnight if they want to keep an eye on me afterwards.

DR Danise I'm sure you aren't the first person to do everything right & still get a stone.  Does the stone hurt?  Is it urgent that you remove it?

VIBES!!!!

On an up note I was able to get hold of the news reporter that covered my house and she is going to help our bus ridership by filming a story about us and how it would hurt us if they take our bus.  :)  The will happen the week of July 9th.   I told her I didn't have to be filmed but she said she wants to meet with me too.  Guess I'm starting to be a regular on the local and national networks.  I wonder if I could get my own show?

I would watch!!!!

So would I.

VIBES THE STORY HELPS YOU KEEP THE BUS!!!

Yes, FOUL PLAY was a good one! I kept suspecting one person, in particular, but I was wrong.

DETECTIVE DUEL is equally fun, and in color.

Everytime DR Elmore mentions The Man from Philadelphia I think he's talking about me.  But then I remember that I don't live or work in Philly anymore...

;D

I missed that you moved.  Are you closer to work now?

Isn't this a lovely picture! It is of my neighbor and his wife at their wedding reception from a few months back.

They look like they should be in a magazine.

I won my first ebook today. It's funny because before I had a kindle I kept seeing so many giveaways for ebooks. And now that i have one I don't see any.

The ebook is one i've been wanting to read. Starters by Lissa Price.

Congratulations!

I shot, developed, and printed this in my tiny kitchen on the edge of the Hills of Beverly.  This was at a lecture/Q&A thing where we'd just watched Mr. Stewart's 16mm print of "Rear Window".

Nice.  When did you get him to autograph it?

Nice.  When did you get him to autograph it?

I mailed it to his home and asked him if he would sign and return it, which he did promptly.  I worked with someone who knew him, and he assured me that Stewart would respond.
