I don't think Patti's accent is much better than it was years ago when she did the SWEENEY concert. It's just barely there.

I've eaten three helpings of tuna pasta salad, but that's all I'm eating today, so I think it's fine, given the jog and all.  I figured I could eat half of what I made today and the other half tomorrow.  If I do, it's really only about a thousand calories per day - so I could conceivably have a bit more if I get hungry later.
