Trying to figure out the viewing for this evening - I have the Secret World of Arietty here so maybe that or maybe The Big Heat or maybe the last of the Swedish films I have - the prequel to The Bomber from the book by Liza Marklund.

I had three monarch butterflies that eclosed over the past couple of days. The Monarch Scientist and I decided to give them a head start on their migration north. So we took them with us when we went up to monitor the milkweed up north. They all took off, but one stopped to nectar for a little while.

We e-closed on our refinance earlier this year.   ;D

The items in the center were hot.  Top to bottom:  salmon, sweet potato hash, buffalo.  The cold items on either side were (L) beet & apple salad and (R) wild rice salad.

The water looks good.

Thank you. It is windy today. The wind was blowing the flowers that the butterfly was on. I was lucky I got one decent shot. It was also up in a tree.

I did a lot of things on the "I'll do it later" list...well not really a list, just a bunch of things in my head I know need to be done

I also bought the paint for the room upstairs and a few supplies I needed.  By the time I got back from errands I didn't feel like starting on the room.  So I didn't.

Think I'll play the flute.  I haven't had time to do that in a couple weeks

Playing the flute sounds like a better evening activity than starting the room.

::)  Another eBook became available & not the one I wanted.  I didn't expect the extra 300 pages for a couple of more weeks.  I don't want to go to the back of the queue since I would be number 34 on it.

The repeat of GRIMM tonight is one I missed back in November. Fantastic!

Tonight's film: Maneater of Hydra. Cameron Mitchell seems to be a vampire or something. Badly dubbed. Silly. Fun. And keeping me from work.

Lovely photos from DC, DR Ginny.   I've never been there except for one plane lay over but I don't count that as really being there.

I broke down and bought another pillow today.  I just can't seem to find something comfortable.  I really bought 2--a Brookstone Bio Sense and a Tempur Pedic Suprima.   The Brookstone is going back tomorrow.  I knew as soon as I laid my head on it that it wasn't right.  Way to thick.  I'm hopeful about the Tempur Pedic.  It's a thinner pillow with a curve in it for side sleepers.  It felt pretty good but we will see how I feel though the night/morning.

Just call me Goldilocks.  This one's to hard.  This one is to soft.  I hope I've found one that is just right. :)

I was able to get Stephen Kings "Under the Dome" for three bucks at the local Goodwill.  There was more than that amount in the paper alone!  It was one of those books I heard about and said I'd read "someday" so I couldn't pass it up.

That last bit is the most important.   ;D

At the food truck gathering tonight to raise money to fight cancer, the hit was a deep-fried soft-shell crab po'boy. And oh boy, was it good.

I enjoyed that one a lot. Read a lot of it on a plane trip.

Oh, yeah, and despite the title, this is not one of Elmore's video leftovers.

I just hope it's not like "Dream Catcher".  It's funny that SK either writes books I really, really like (The Talisman, The Stand) or things I can't stand (Dream Catcher).

This one was closer to The Stand, which was one of my favorites. Multiple stories. Interesting characters.
