I went to the local supermarket today during my lunch break to pick up treats for the afternoon staff meeting. This was before the power went out in the building.

Can you believe it? In this HUGE super supermarket, on St. Patrick's Day[/color], the bakery did not have ONE green thing for sale. Not one.

I tried to do some reading whilst on the bed, but, book-marking and water-bottle holding don't easily go hand in hand. . .

Has anyone seen THIS video?? It's the song "I Won't Say (I'm In Love)" from "Hercules" but someone took video clips of Legally Blonde to make a music video of the song. It's pretty cute.

I am so glad that I stayed home today. My roommate just came home and told me about a particularly idiotic and insulting discussion our boss had during clinical meeting this morning. Had I been there, I may not have been able to help myself from leaping up out of my seat and choking or otherwise harming him. So while it may not have been my health that was improved by staying home today, his was greatly benefited.

So far so good. I haven't had a lot to eat today and I walked 30 minutes while watching the 6:00 PM news. My first goal is 30 minutes walking on the treadmill every night while I watch TV and cutting out things like my afternoon candy bar...
