I would love to see "The Creature Wasn't Nice" again.
And the word of the day is: PUNGLE!
Interesting article that DR JOSE posted about Spiderman: The Musical.
I guess my question would be WHY produce such a thing? Money, I guess.....tourist trade.....I've never met a SPIDERMAN fanatic who had more than $20 in the bank.

Thanks for the order, DR Ginny. Your friend will not be disappointed. :)
Last night my friend Gordon asked me if I had ever heard Sue Raney? I never have. Any thoughts?

Gorgeous. Perfect intonation and really exquisite phrasing.
Spats still won't leave me alone. He sat outside the bedroom door and cried, so I got up and slept on the sofa and he cuddled all night.
Sleepy schnauzers - Otto and Manny :)
Just the kind of thing I was afraid would happen...the 40 year old Islamic Center in Corvallis was set on fire (the wanna-be Christmas Tree bomber/idiot was from Corvallis)

Four words--motion capture, Tom Hanks. :)
Very surpised this is only now getting noticed.
R.I.P Christopher Shea (child actor; voice of Linus in A CHARLIE BROWN CHRISTMAS)
Christopher Dylan Shea
passed away on August 19th of natural causes near his home in Honeydew, California. Born on February 5, 1958 in Los Angeles,
DR John G., the Annie Lennox Christmas CD is lovely to listen to, but I don't understand why they decided to tinker with her voice. Not exactly auto-tuned but it's definitely being piped through some kind of wire. As they say in Twitter Land, #UnnecessarilyOverProduced...Thanks. I won't be rushing out to grab a copy.
What a kookie day. We finally and I mean FINALLY figured out all the postage and addressing stuff and FINALLY and I mean FINALLY got it all working. We can now print four labels on a sheet, the addresses of people who've ordered from us before are all in a program on the Endicia site, and it's amazingly amazing and SO much faster and neater now. This will save SO much time and effort and Kritzerland is finally in this century.Congrats. Sounds like great progress.
Rehearsals start in thirty minutes, so I shaved and will now take a quick shower.
I keep forgetting to mention that I finally watched the classic 1940 film BEYOND TOMORROW...what a delightful, sweet film...perfect to watch during the Christmas season1
And who knew Richard Carlson could look so handsome!!

HAPPY FURLOUGH DAY TO ME!
Back on the "big" computer. Love the Android, of course I'm too much of a hands-on person to have read the instructions, so I'll need to go back and do that now and see everything I've been doing wrong so far. :) Haven't quite gotten how to do the "scroll" thing yet. I tend to bring up supplementary menu options.

I've had my 28.5-minute walk around the basement, watched CITY ISLAND, and sustained a pretty deep paper cut while filing some paperwork. Not a biggie under normal circumstances, but when you're on 3 or 4 meds that have blood thinning effects it's quite an event. I've wrapped a band-aid pretty tight around my finger to act as a tourniquet. And my live-in EMT is in Michigan!
HAPPY FURLOUGH DAY TO ME!
Well, OK, if you're feeling that blue about it.
My user-name might reveal a clue to my fave Leslie Nielsen movie. The movie that brought me to this board!
Will miss you, Captain Jamieson!
Well, Spats will go see the vet again tomorrow. He is still congested after ten days of medicine.
Oy, enough with the death notices already. ;)

DR Ginny - Did watching "City Island" make you want to visit City Island? -Although, if I'm remembering correctly, they don't show too much of my favorite part of City Island: the fried seafood jernts at the "tip" of the island.
I think we need to have LIFE notices. I'm still here. There, I've said it and I'm glad.

It sure did, DR Jose, and I remember the photos you posted of the fried seafood. Will you take me there after you take me to see Eloise at the Plaza? Good fried clams are one of the things for which I will go off my diet.

TSA? Which means?
Yes, DR Jane, I read In a Gilded Cage in March 2009 (according to the list I keep), but I don't remember much about the plot.

If I recall correctly, I reported that US Air is not yet using the new security scans when I arrived in Ohio last Sunday. I therefore have no stories to relate. If it means a good grope, I'm all for it.

Gee, I guess I am offending everyone tonight!
If DR Laura's TSA question was about the security scans, I would think I was offending her!

That sounds promising. Are you hoping to find an animal for yourself?
Molly was adopted and returned and we have learned that she has to be in a home where she is not alone as she gets anxious so a stay at home person would be good. Molly is very friendly and loves everyone. She has a lot of energy and needs exercise and a fenced in yard would be wonderful for her. While Molly likes people and children she wants to be the only pets so no other dogs or cats please. Molly is house trained.

Maybe that was the one you were disappointed in. I still need to read it to follow the story line. I'm sure it is an easy quick read to place in-between a couple of other books.
Are you reading THE LACUNA?
Afterwards, Kerry was eaten by a dinosaur.
I am glad that Elmre made it homesafely
I hope you made up with your brother before you left
DR td, BEST WISHES ALL GOES WELL TOMORROW!!!
Will your Mum make the trip with you or is it too far?
Jose do you have any natural black licorice? I find letting it slowly dissolve helps. Don't eat anymore tonight before going to bed. Oh, some say drinking water helps, unfortunately not for me.
Pepcid.

Man, I feel left out, you haven't offended ME yet!
Interview went OK, though I was not asked if I had any questions about the place. Still, she said I should hear by the end of the week. In the meantime, I got a lead on some other freelance work, which is nice.
He's baaaaaaaack! And I missed Rodzinski, who's never answered my last email! I hope he will return to us.
The flight was on time and all went beautifully. I doubt any passengers are aware they owe it all to HHW vibes.
Now I'm doing laundry. Everything is unpacked.
