And the word of the day is: BUSS!
Feels like all this Super Bowl stuff is just build-up for the debut of SMASH.
DR ELMORE - I hope you feel better. I really liked that drawing you posted yesterday.....I am surprised some enterprising writer hasn't used that story line yet......but then again, there aren't many enterprising writers around....anymore....MANY, I said....
DR JOSE are there more auditions today? Did anyone sing Ciriciribin?
Hopefully DRs Elmore and TCB are feeling better this morning!
Jane, I also loved Moorea.
Stayed in a fare, or hut, on stilts on the lagoon.
Had a glass window in the floor that I could open and feed the fish below.
Love the photos.

And DR JANE I enjoy your vacation pictures a lot!!! And the pictures of Sherlock....especially the second one where he is lying on his back is so CUTE!
If licking the spoons is any indication my cheese cake is gonna be good. :)
I started making the cold pasta salad last night. Cause i wanted the dressing to have time to set. Hopefully it will be okay if i add a few things to it today (like herbs and a few vegetables). I didn't have everything i needed last night. Last night i wasn't crazy about the flavors. But this morning it tastes much better. Really different flavors once it sets.

What kind of dressing did you decide to use?
No more bleeding, so I guess all is good.
Thanks, Elmore, for the note on Mahagony coming out DVD. I remember seeing that in high school and loving it. One of those mind-warping experiences for someone who had never encountered Brecht or Weill before. Can't wait to see it again.

Wow, quite an introduction to Ben's segment!
Broken legs to BK and the cast & crew!
Thanks, Jennifer, and everyone else who commented last night. I was really tired. I guess I am just tired of being tired.

I'm very interested in The Merry Wives of Gotham, which was published by Samuel French. I'm going to see if I can get a copy out of them and see how it reads. It might be a good thing to offer the Irish Rep for production. Charlotte Moore, the producer, would love to do something with Victor Herbert.
I think I will take a break and run to midtown and my errands.

Oh, DR TCB, for the record, the white wine at last night's dinner was my Mother's request. I'm sure she had Scotch before she went to bed.
Ben, you sound great!
TCB, I'm glad I wasn't drinking anything. I would have done a spit take!
The coin toss came up Heads, so I win a free pizza from Papa John's.

Yes, extremely sad. I feel so bad for the family who have now lost their grand children after losing their daughter.

No, that was one of the female social workers from the office. I don't know which one.
I do not like green peppers, especially on my pizza.

I can't imagine how horrible she must feel.
On the upside she is lucky to be alive.
OK, I'll admit it - I like Madonna. And I liked her halftime show.

Yes, at least he didn't try to take an innocent social worker with him. But he still took his two innocent children with him.

I was thinking he feared she would get the children out of the house.
It is difficult to comprehend.
Will you be calling them?
So Sorry for what your former coworker went through, TCB as well as all the relatives of those impacted by this tragedy
OK, I'll admit it - I like Madonna. And I liked her halftime show.

DR TCB I was surprised to read that supervised visits were at his house. I thought situations like that were at a neutral location. Is there a standard policy or does it very on the situation?
Hey, Kevin, glad to hear you're listening! The show is new and it's a replacement for Showtime which used to be on Saturday afternoon at 5pm (EST) 10PM Wales Time. She plays a broader mix of music now from classical to show tunes. Some things have changed regarding how I get my reviews to her so there is a much better chance that I will appear on the show with more frequency. It had been very spotty for quite a while but now I'll be notified when I have a segment coming up so I can listen and notify interested friends. I'm even supposed to have my own jingle to introduce the segment. Don't know if that will happen with today's broadcast. I'm excited!!!
My spot will be a quick overview of what's left in the upcoming Broadway musical season. It will be about 2 minutes long.
There's now a webpage on the show, MAN WITH A LOAD OF MISCHIEF; I've ordered the vocal score.

DR George, your company should look at this great show.
The coin toss came up Heads, so I win a free pizza from Papa John's.

Papa John's had a contest on their web site. They are giving a free pizza to everyone who correctly guessed the Super Bowl coin toss.

I'll try and catch Madonna's show on YouTube.
What a tragic turn in the Susan Powell disappearance case. The husband (and chief suspect in Susan's disappearance) blew up his house killing himself and his two sons this afternoon.
