Off to work. ;DI have done that with several CD players. :)
I think my cd player is about to break. I play too much music for it. 8)
Continued vibes and prayers for TCB.
DR DtM - I did not have a letter published in E Weekly.....but I seem to remember that a DR did.....trying to remember who it was....
DR GINNY my sister found a lot of skirts at Fashion Bug - I don't know if you have a FB in your area.
Will all three STAGES Cd's be released at once?
I have to start saving my $$$ if that is the case.
I guess that's my ASK BK question for the day.
And the word of the day is: ZEITGEBER!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Happy, Healthy Midweek Vibes for everyone! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
BK, if the sound is so awful with this PROMISES PROMISES sequence, why not cut it entirely and make the recording a 1-disc job, ifthere's enough salvageable material in the second act?
I asked this a couple of days ago, will try again:
What brand of digital grand does the new venue have?
It's kind of out of my hands, DR Jane!
People can sit where they want, drink out of what they want and just enjoy.
Thanks, DR JRand! I went through my closet one more time last night and found a surprising match for the new jacket - something my late mother-in-law made for me about 20 years ago as a prototype before cutting into the really expensive material. I've gotten way more use out of the prototype than the "real thing."
From DR John G:It's actually shaping up to be fun. We'll now be grilling clams and oysters in addition to the expected ham. Bubbles, which are great with oysters, and some wines. And good friends. With that list in reverse order.QuotePeople can sit where they want, drink out of what they want and just enjoy.
I think you will also enjoy it more. :)
There was a Daphne on DARK SHADOWS but I don't recall anything about her being split into parts.Was that Kate Jackson?
So, I now need to get my mind wrapped around a job opportunity that has just come up. It would mean a bit more money. I would still be a contract writer, but it does come with health insurance. It sounds like fun, too. And since it is online, I might be able to do it from San Antonio without relocation. The home office is out of Atlanta, which means that if I had to move, the extra money would not be enough to cover the higher cost of living there.
Oh, and congratulations on the job offer.Thanks, but it's not an offer yet. It's one that I need to apply for, if I want. I probably will apply, that is, if I can find time in the next to write a cover letter and get some samples together in the next day or so.
yes Kate Jackson was Daphne Harridge Collins.Memories of 40 years ago. I did love that show.
...we stopped for breakfast. I had a slice of lemon meringue pie.
DR Der Brucer, I am starting to worry about my eyes; yesterday, I went through a batch ofDEARST ENEMY corrections with the copyist, and I gave him wrong bar numbers for every correction. So, when you mentioned the word "advicee" I went to Amazon, corrected that, rewrote one sentence and added another. Thank you.
All I can think of now is lemon meringue pie. Thanks. :D
So I am wondering if that branch will root if I stick it in dirt? Does Daphne do that?
The rootless cuttings should not lose turgidity.
An off-sun-protected site for the next few weeks is mandatory. Not the substrate moisture is allowed to be high, but the humidity. Damp, unvented conditions must be avoided, otherwise occurs decay.
For those who cannot meet these needs in summer, offers the autumn the time to make Daphne cuttings.
In the first step of the rooting process a callus will formed on the wound surface. In the next time will grow the roots from there. At first they are still white, later, develops the brown root bark. If a portion of the root has its brown colour, the cuttings can be potted.
Propagation is by seeds, cuttings, layers, and sometimes by root-grafting on Daphne mezereum.
All I can think of now is lemon meringue pie. Thanks. :D
:)
I craved it all last summer & only found one piece of it which very good, not that the one I had today was great.
I never has seen snow.
I never has seen snow.
I never has seen snow.
Would you believe I have a friend in Orange County, California who has never seen snow? Having grown up in Buffalo, it's hard for me to fathom.
I never has seen snow.Me either. I think it is just a special effect that northern people put in their photos. Sugar or flour, can't make up my mind. :)
I saw "The Addams Family" and wasn't too impressed, but I've heard that changes have been made and it's doing pretty well on the road. And Douglas Sills is now starring --I'd like to see him as Gomez. So when it comes to Washington, I may see it again.
I actually really liked Memphis. It got mixed reviews but it worked for me. Montego Glover was robbed of a Tony for Best Actress, IMHO. She's still in the Broadway show so if you see Memphis, you won't see her.
I haven't seen Sister Act so I can't comment but the Brits love it. My friend in Middlesbrough plays it on her radio show frequently.
I never has seen snow.
You are joking. You lived in NY. You live close to the mountains. ;D
there I was presented with a nearly empty store and a lovely lady handed me a coupon that gave me $10 off the price of a ham, and a free fresh pineapple if I bought four of 8 listed additional products - and since there were four other items that were thing we would use I net ahead and made the purchase and discovered an additional $2.00 off one of those items so I saved $14 - and spent less for everything in my cart than I would have paid for just the ham (same brand) at the supermarket
Think on, Macduff. When I hadn't heard a peep I thought you thought the book was poop.
