Well, you've read the notes, the notes spoke of the New York dates, and now it is time for you to post until the New York cows come home.
-
And the word of the day is: HETEROGRAPHY!
-
DR George the cookie mix seems like a fun way to support charities.
-
Fist post after Bruce, not good. I need to fall asleep.

DR George the cookie mix seems like a fun way to support charities.
It is. I've also gotten things from there over the last several years. And clicking on the "Click here - it's FREE!" links is the easiest thing in the world to do. I have that link bookmarked here at home and at work. It's the first thing I do when I log onto my computer in the morning when I get up, and when I get to work.
-
First post in the morning!
-
good morning to all
-
everyone have a great day
-
Great to hear about your New York shows, BK!
-
Work vibes to Michael!!!!

Great to hear about your New York shows, BK!
DITTO!
-
Good morning, all.
-
Thanks to all for the thoughts and vibes for my father. We are back at the hospital today.....hopefully to hear some good news.
And then off to rehearsal. Tonight is Act Two.
Here is a photo from Monday night of our intrepid cast....and a good example of our organic blocking.

Nice photo, DR Jrand64.
You have real doors!
And look at that black, black floor. ;)
-
~ ~ ~ CONTINUED VIBES OF HEALTH ~ ~ ~ for your father and your whole family!
-
Good morning, all! Last night I took a muscle relaxer and a Tylenol with codeine since this pulled muscle was irritating. I slept through the night, with lots of peculiar dreams.
-
I remember bitrs of dreams involving our DRvixmom, goddaughter Charlotte, a peculiar movie theatre, watching daily episodes of the film ZORBA in a revival house and talking to a friend, my bedroom as a teenager, porn movies for Christmas gifts.
-
Another missed Columbia day. I'm hoping for tomorrow.
-
I need to launder my bedding, but i'm not sure I'm up to that and turning the mattress with my pulled muscle. I need a sherpa.
-
I need to get some more things done around this jernt today, and it's time to plan my next visit to Ohio and perhaps West Virginia. That will probably happen in September, but we'll see. Oh yes, we shall see.
-
Good morning, all.
Going stir crazy while waiting for my laptop to upgrade. It's taking forever.
-
Nice photo, JRand. And that floor ...
-
Good news vibes for DR Jrand and family!
-
Continued recovery vibes for DRs Michael, Dan & Druxy!
-
Healing vibes for DR elmore's muscle!
-
Wellness vibes for everyone!
-
Hey!
-
I'm so tired today I can barely open my ayes. My shoos match, and that's a good thing. What's a fellow to dew? Gosh! I guess I'm a bit of a heterograph today.
-
TV's dreary days of summer seem drearier than ever this year. I can't work up enthusiasm for re-runs. I live from episodes of "Big Brother" to "Project Runway". There are some semi-interesting PBS shows on...on occasion.
-
The less said about most everything...the better.

Perhaps the day will prove interesting.
If not, I'm in for it!

Wednesday morning greetings! Richard and I have a date for a late lunch in the Dayton Mall area, shopping at the craft stores, and the "Farewell to Main" reception at Dayton Metro Library at 6:30. So far this morning, I have coated the rims of 24 sugar cones with semi-sweet chocolate and put them in the fridge to chill overnight. Tomorrow I'll fill the cones with blueberries and cut-up strawberries, arrange them artfully on a circular tray, and take them to my book group's potluck dinner.
-
I read Howard Sherman on the arts regularly, and I thought today's column very interesting...

I'm a Sherpa...
You're a Sherpa..
Wouldn't you like to be a Sherpa, too?
-
I'm sort of up. I was sleeping when my obnoxious neighbors came outside and acted like they were having a party. When I finally got up and came to the computer you could still hear them all the way in the kitchen. Of course, they're not there now. But I did finally solve a fifty-year-old mystery this morning!
-
Do tell!

Your fruit filled cones sound very pretty.

I have not been able to swim all week, and again today. We are getting a new water heater and since they arrived an hour late, it will be too late to swim if I want to shower and wash my hair once I am done. I guess I should go for a walk before it gets too hot. Keith is here supervising.
-
I am very excited the electrician is installing the covers and plugs for our outlets in the kitchen. They aren't exactly what we ordered, not his fault, but they will do.
-
Are they neon pink?
:)
-
That would have been interesting.
-
I just read that .theater is now an available web domain name, like .com or .org
-
That would have been interesting.
But not in keeping with the rest of your décor, I think.
-
The plugs are black and the plates are grey. It is the plates I'm disappointed in but they still look a lot better than standard off white/cream colored plates on a grey tile.
-
I always liked those sparkly gold electrical switchplates. Very kitchy!
-
That reminds me, though there won't be a photo of the kitchen yet I have the time to post a few more of our new home.
-
I do not like using photo bucket!!!!
-
Next time I am doing one photo at a time.

The bronze girl on the bench holding a puppy used to sit on our beautiful wall as you drove up to our Ashland home. There is a little planter wall outside our unit so we put her there. We got reported as it is not permitted to put anything on the communal planters ;D
-
Our great room & dining area.

They work better if the rest of the decor matches.

Nice picture. You certainly have a lot of room on that stage...a LOT more than TAO has in The Midnight Sun. :)
-
Wellness vibes for everyone!
~~~DITTO!!~~~
-
I just did ten minutes of work outside. That's enough, isn't it?
-
I really like it to be cooler and drier before I really get going out there.
-
I guess this wasn't my day to get going out there.
-
Great to hear about your New York shows, BK!
DITTO!
Ditto, too!!
Another Ditto!
-
I really like it to be cooler and drier before I really get going out there.
I shortened my walk by about 15 minutes. I was too hot and I think I was getting a blister for some odd reason.
-
It is very muggy here.
Ditto, too!!
Another Ditto!
And another. That's great news. Especially the venue. :)
-
I came back in and saw the backsplash in the kitchen with the new plates. I am extremely disappointed. They are not what I was expecting. We should not have agreed to the "slight" change without seeing it.
-
Nice pic DR Jrand.
-
We got reported as it is not permitted to put anything on the communal planters ;D
Welcome to the neighborhood, huh?
-
Good afternoon. I am sitting here in the church kitchen while an outside group is using the room next door for a board meeting. Ten years in this building, and just now word is getting out that we are available for meeting space.
-
I've been back in the kitchen. Without the bright lights on, to my relief, it looks much better.
-
Whatever you do, keep those lights off!! :D
-
I just did one more little thing out there (see, aren't I ambitious today?) and .....BOY, IS IT HUMID!
-
Back from a chopped salad with some avocado in it - a few drops of oil, maybe half a teaspoon, and red wine vinegar. Very good. Picked up one package and in a bit I'll go jog.
-
I cannot tell you how gratifying it was to solve the fifty year old mystery - I'll talk about it in the notes. It has literally been driving me crazy for years and now I have the answer.
-
Meant to say something about that. I'm always interested in the solving of a fifty year old mystery.
-
Jeez, the travel agent for this Ohio trek has told the Colligan Project people they can find no nonstop flights out of LaGuardia. I found them on the US Airways' site, so I don't know what the agent's problem is!
The problem now is, I am not happy.
What can it be? What can it be??
No word back from Ohio. Hmmm . . .
-
I did not get my nap today. I did finish Act one of the Moross, which was good,.
-
Page Four?
-
!!!! 4 !!!!
-
I've done my bit.
In another 50 years, will someone solve the mystery of the obnoxious neighbors who disappeared this date?
Most of the time they are, except when we are cooking, as the worst offenders are the under the counter lights.
I used to have that problem when I went to the NIH. I understood I had to get to a major airport as Medford did not go non-stop to Dulles, but no way was I making the additional stop they would try and book me on. I told them I would not go if they did not ok my flights of choice. They always did, or they gave me an allowance and I purchased my own ticket. The problem with that was the risk to me if for some reason I couldn't go.
It is possible the travel agent, like the NIH agent, wasn't finding the non-stop flight at the best price.
Which airport do you want to fly into, DR Elmore?
My aunt Sister Cecilia (the nun) LOVES to go on flights with the most stops and starts! She doesn't like non-stop flights. When my other aunt was going to come up to visit, they were going to take separate flights so that Aunt Mary Lou could have the non-stop and Sister Cecilia could go up and down several times on her flight. :D
-
Your aunt the nun is rather unusual, strange, crazy, something!!! ;D
-
Which airport do you want to fly into, DR Elmore?
Dayton and LaGuardia.
-
Am getting my hair cut at 5 p.m.
(Yes, I thought EVERYbody should know this)!
-
Which airport do you want to fly into, DR Elmore?
Dayton and LaGuardia.
I flew between those two a few times back in the day.
-
OMG it has been hot here this week. Really brutal weather today. 90s and so humid.
-
You got that right! :))
-
You have a beautiful home, DR Jane!
-
The viola organista: designed by Leonardo DaVinci; built 500 years later. It seems to be a cool cross between a harpsichord and a cello.
Really not doing well tonight. Had a horrible allergy attack today after lunch. Slept all afternoon (a plus to working at home during the week). Starting to feel a little better but don't know if I will be able to sleep again tonight.
-
Very sorry to hear that, DR John G. :P
~ ~ ~ FEELING BETTER PRONTO VIBES ~ ~ ~ for you.
And... perhaps San Antonio is not the best climate for someone with your particular maladies?
Not that you can do much about that in the short term.
And now, I must leave. I have to feed my friend's cats, then go to The Midnight Sun and pick up our first Internet bill. Since I'm the treasurer, I need that information.
Until later.
-
If I should wake up in the middle of the night tonight, I will be checking in to see if the fifty year old mystery has been posted.
-
My front door hasn't been repainted since this house was built twenty-one (count 'em) years ago, and it's been looking pretty awful these past few years. So late tomorrow afternoon I shall be expecting a gentleman caller who will have a look at it and give me a price for repainting it. I've already decided that this is not a job for the do-it-yourselfer. It's time to throw some money at it and have it done right.
-
I know that every last one of you is excited to hear about this soon to be painted front door!
-
My girl is home
-
The vixter got back home today after three weeks in Florida
-
She took me out to dinner for my birthday
-
That was sweet, Vixmom.
My allergies and I are off to bed. Hopefully a benedryl will help.
I was fine till I read that, then I had the most incredible, vicious sneezing fit.
Man, that was easily a baker's dozen. All within one minute.
-
Well, I need to call it a night.
T.O.D.
Is St. Luke's wheelchair accessible?
Hell, is Joe Allen's wheelchair accessible?
-
I have cleared the room, yet again.
-
This was a good week to attend the Old Actor's Lunch.
-
There was a lot of theater gossip this week.
-
Evening, Nurse Jane!
-
It was 91 degrees here again today.
-
And tonight is muggy!
-
But it should be 15 to 20 degrees cooler tomorrow.
Washington State lost three firefighters today.
Good night, any and all.
