What an exciting adventure it must be to start rehearsals on a totally new and exciting project. It is too bad you couldn't get someone to film the whole experience -- the birth of a new Sherman Brothers' musical.

Porcini lasagna, which I got from the restaurant next door to the villa we rent in Italy. Seven layers of paper-thin, handmade dough with nothing but butter and porcini mushrooms in between. Spectacular. Life affirming.
