Well, you've read the notes, the notes spoke of Kritzerland at Home 111, and now it is time for you to post until the 111 cows come home.

Again I had several strange dreams I was sure I would remember and didn't, but I did remember this fragment of one: Annabelle and I were riding in one of those rickshaw-cabs, which the driver pedals like a bike, and we were going to a pet store to exchange a treat or cat food she didn't like.  Qw were on some main street and our driver had slowed traffic - behind us were a car, a huge semi that wanted to speed along, and God knows what behind that - and horns were honking like mad.

DR vixmom, there was a Coney Island in Cincinnati, Ohio, on the banks of the Ohio River.  I used to beg my parents to take us there, but we never went. Like you, I have never been to the one in New York either.

Kerry and Adrienne can do no wrong in my book. "Winter Was Warm" made me cry, and "White Christmas" was the perfect closer.  Adrienne's Christmas-Hanukka song was wpmderful, but she can sing anything.

Today would have been my Dad's 99th birthday.  If he hadn't been such a fool about his health and seen a doctor regularly instead of one at the VA Hospitals whenever he was really sick, I believe he would still be alive. His grandmother lived to be 104.  He was a great believer in our government, and I will go to my grave convinced the Veterans Administration lousy administration and apathy killed him.

I love you much, Dad, and miss you enormously.

I've been giving Annabelle Lysine in every meal, and it's really helping her.  She seems back to her old self, leaping everywhere and leaving disaster in her trail.  She just climbed to the top of the fridge and knocked things onto the stove and then to the floor with a lot of clatter. I'm very pleased.

"Be a Santa" was a perfect rendition and opener, even if I'll forever hear the imperfection that DR Elmore pointed out. :)

"Turkey Lurkey" -- I love off-the-wall treatments like that, and Yacko's got the character chops to pull it off.

"I've Got the Sun in the Morning" blew me away because Ms. O'Malley made me believe I was hearing the song for the first time.

But ... impossible to name favorites when every song is a winner. The guests artists were a special treat.

Of course, acting too quickly can cause some negative consequences, but this forward-thinking new moon and solar eclipse has you focused on the big picture rather than the nitpicky

This sounds exciting.  Maybe it means Bryan will get vaccinated and I can relax a little.  And a brand-new, mind-expanding journey means we will soon be able to go to Chicago.

I must not forget "acting too quickly can cause some negative consequences"  We are being extra diligent.

I read we need to continue wearing masks after getting vaccinated.  Until proven differently, the belief is we can still give someone the virus.  If I am correct, we still can catch the virus and then the vaccine fights it, therefore the masks.

As soon as it arrived in the mail, I hurried it over to the pianist's house. She was on a cruise to the Middle East, and I wanted it to be at her house when she got back. She can sight-read anything, but I did want her to have it. I thought that was the most responsible thing a singer could do for her accompanist.

She didn't live to see 90, so it was in her memory.

Awww.  If you can sing in public you must be able to carry a tune, something I cannot do.

I was looking forward to practicing it with her. We wouldn't have had much time to practice, but at least there would be a  few days.

Sadly, her husband had a heart attack while they were on their trip. He got excellent care, but they were stuck in Israel for a while.

Well, it would have to be another day. We didn't have anyone else who could play.

So I was very surprised when she showed up that morning. They had gotten in very late at night. She came to church just for me that day. We had a chance to practice twice, I think. I hadn't heard the music Elmore had arranged.

I told the pastor I wanted to do it after the morning prayer when everyone was quiet and thoughtful. And I didn't want him to introduce anything or say anything after it was over. I didn't want anything to break the prayerful mood.

It went well. The music Elmore wrote was so beautiful.

I've never been asked to sing again. So maybe that says something.

The major thing I learned from my singing class is that singing is way harder than you would think.

So when I hear excellent singers like the ones BK has on his shows, I always appreciate them.

That's sad.  Israel is known for their excellent medical care.  What I love it that they share their care around the world, including into Palestine when permitted.

Also, am close to finishing project two's first go-through, but I'm sure there will be several additions to it as I go through it, so I'm still hoping for Friday.  Earlier is fine, too.

I watched THE PROM.  I loved it!  Is it great filmmaking?  Probably not.  Is it a very enjoyable, laughter inducing two hours of good cheer?  I certainly thought so.  Bravo!

Mary Kay Place is in the film, in a very small role.  Where has she been?  I have always loved her.  She was so great in THE BIG CHILL.

It still needs to be certified by Congress in January.

Of course it will be certified - that is not going to be an issue, no matter what the posturing and BS that spews forth from he and his cohorts.  It IS done.

The process completion is a formality at this point - MY point is that the posturing and BS will continue right up to the day he leaves the White House, which he will be leaving.  Just trying to keep everyone positive.
