Who was that inept singer who croaked and screamed through the National Anthem? She seemed to me the metaphor for the complete white trailer trash of the current Rethuglican party.
a PP pick up rehearsal.
Some rain today.....and a PP pick up rehearsal.

Probably to re-stage the bows. The LL isn't featured enough.
Our long flight will hopefully be taking off soon. We are on board.
We received some shocking and unexpected health news about vixhubby’s mom last night
Vibes please for the family
Made it to the airport very early. There’s nothing to do but stand in line at Starbucks.
Yes, strongest vibes today for both the VIX family and DR Ginny's and Richard's family.

Ditto! Although I no longer believe in HHW vibes. Fifteen years of vibes for that Ohio property never did a thing.
Boy, am I an idiot. I said Little Big Man for Dunaway, but of course Bonnie and Clyde a couple of years prior to that.

We let you down, DR Elmore. The whole jernt did. In our defense, that sonuvabitch property had a curse on it.

DR freddie, it's possible FFS "could" mean "For Freddie's Sake"!
Vibes for health and travel to vixmom, Ginny, and all else who need them. We need a few over here of the modern major miracle variety.
DR vixmom, I hope all is well for your MIL.
I had lunch with Louis Lane around 2002 in Wooster, Ohio, during a trip to the Ohio Light Opera. I cannot remember now if the lunch was just me, Louis Lane. and our host, James Stuart, the founder and director iof the Ohio Light Opera, or if Brece Pomahac was also there. Louis Lane had conducted one or two concerts with the OLO orchestra during the summer for several seasons.
Mr Lane was then in his early 70s and seemed older and rather fragile. I found him happy to talk about himself, but he seemed very effete, extremely snobbish, and completely uninterested in me, which made me wonder why he agreed to join us for lunch. I was happy to meet him because I, liker BK, had several of his recordings through the Columvia Record Club.

Learned a new acronym: CYA. Cover your a**.
I have flown from Louisville to Houston, then to Dallas. They canceled my flight from Dallas to San Antonio. I had two options: Fly to Austin and rent a car or fly to Kansas City, then to SA.

I slept well, surrounded by three cats.

I am mentally gearing myself up for a drive to Aiken and The Fresh Market. I want some fresh fruit and veggies, plus one or two of their wonderful pizzas for my freezer.
I have been essentially housebound the past four or five days due to extreme heat, but I have A/C and really need to get out and about a bit more.
That's a roundabout route to be sure DR JOHN G.

You are simply a member of the "erratic memory club", ChasSmith!
DR vixmom, I hope all is well for your MIL.
Thank you, it's the Vixters MIL and unfortunately the outlook is not good
The singer is reportedly saying she was drunk.
By the time this ends it will be longer than the trip from Athens
That's a roundabout route to be sure DR JOHN G.
They’ve added Denver to it.
I have been working for five solid hours on the commentary. So frustrating. We've done almost all the songs before in one Kritzerland show or another. So, this should have been a simple cut and paste job, but nooooo, not simple at all. Why? Because the Mac spotlight search tool is junk and 99% of the time does not find the Word doc you're searching for, no matter how many different ways you search it. Oh, it's there all right, but it won't find it. So, I literally have to go through every commentary document's file name to find stuff and boy does that take a lot of time. I lost it a couple of times, it was so irritating. The good news is that despite the huge number of songs we're doing, the commentary only runs to six pages.

Was it yesterday that we were talking about abbreviations?

Are you kidding??? When I saw that earlier I was going to make a silly joke that they might as well send you to Tucson while they're at it.

They’re still appreciated and I thank everyone who has sent them for my brother-in-law. No change there, but the prognosis is not great. We are not making any new commitments and have alerted the ones we have that our plans could change suddenly.
I have flown from Louisville to Houston, then to Dallas. They canceled my flight from Dallas to San Antonio. I had two options: Fly to Austin and rent a car or fly to Kansas City, then to SA.
Glad I have a book.

Enjoy your excursions outside, Ron. If I want air conditioning, I must go outside and get into my car. My house has no A/C...but I'm not complaining (a Maltby and Shire reference ;) ).
Vibraphones and xylophones for all who need them!
Someone should write an epic poem about Louis and Lois and Lewis.
I read about eight books while on this trip.
John G I am so sorry I failed to send travel.vibes your way
Mea culpa
