Read an article today on how Japan is doing a Krispy Kreme ice cream sundae.

Think of it: A hot donut just out of the fryer with ice cream melting into it and caramel sauce.

Me want.

DR John G. - my lips pucker involuntarily at the thought of all that sweetness!     :)

They won't be bringing back the classic Helm's donuts because these people don't have a clew what went into making them.

Grandfather Laurence.

Is he related to Friar Lawrence?

Who happens to be the cousin of French Friar.

Thank you again for all the good wishes.  I left the theater angry for the second night in a row.  However, my anger tonight was tempered by two things.

First of all, the show was really solid tonight.  Everyone really sparkled and the audience (although small) seemed to really enjoy the show and the performances.

And secondly, driving home from the theater I decided to treat myself to a late evening snack.  All I had eaten all day was some cheese and crackers, so once the show was over I was hungry.  I decided to pull into the drive-thru at McDonald's (I hope S. Woody White isn't reading this).  Normally, I just order two double cheese burgers, but tonight I felt I deserved a better meal.  So I order two Quarter Pounders with cheese for a total of $8.30.  But when I pulled forward, I found out that the driver ahead of me had picked up my tab.

Pay it forward!  Isn't that cool?
