I don't like shopping when I need to find something for an event.

So when I got home , after making and eating dinner, I signed on and was able to request plans to support the soup kitchen.

That is very nice.

Back from seeing the club act.  I got home at nine - the club, which I loathe, was about forty degrees.  Outrageous.  Show was fun in its way.  Sat on my couch, started something called The Two Popes and fell right asleep.  So, I've only seen about fifteen minutes of it, but it seems like a well-acted talk-fest.

Our condo monthly news letter arrived today and I cringed when I read "revert back".  I asked Keith and was pleased he too cringed.  I think it is worse than when someone says PIN number figuring they don't know the N stands for number.  Then Keith said he was about to comment to me last night, while watching The Marvelous Mrs Maisel, that Midge said Irregardless.  But then Suzie corrected her that is isn't a word & all was right in the world ;)

Ask Keith how he feels about people referring to a book’s ISBN number...

I currently WORK with people who say "ISBN number." ::)

Do you tell them that the N stands for number?

I've given up.  They've been saying it for years.  It's also kind of like when people say tin foil.  Foil hasn't been made from tin since long before I was born. ::)

Instead of taking the elevator I took the back staircase to the second floor and met the man himself in the stairwell on his way out

Oh  :o

Did you take the stairs for the exercise or did you suspect he would try to sneak out on you?

Force of habit It was the way I usually entered because I couldn’t be bothered waiting for the elevator

I know that N stands for number, but I still say PIN number.

Okay, I am a sucker for schmaltz, but I think Xfinity’s E.T. redo is very sweet.

Do we really need remakes of WEST SIDE STORY and GUYS AND DOLLS?

Yes.  I first saw a short teaser version and thought that it wouldn't be good, but then I saw the longer version and I do like it.
