Voldemort is basically a middle school girl: he has a locket, a diary, a tiara, a ring, and is completely obsessed with a teenage boy.

I have one more little bit to write before bed tonight - just a quarter of a page and it shouldn't take but five minutes. Then I'll have two big things to write of what was discussed today.

My list of favorite orchestrations couldn't hold a candle to DR Elmore's, so I shan't even attempt it. And like he said, there are simply too many to name.

He does omit one orchestrator highly deserving of mention, guy by the name of Larry Moore.

TCB the story of the semi driving over the car is shocking and somewhat of a miracle.

Rocky, that’s the state patrolman, said he didn’t immediately check on the driver, because he assumed the driver had to be dead.

Not at all! Think nothing of it.

I will respectfully disagree, however, on Fleet vs. Full Prep. I find those twelve hours (or whatever it actually comes to) of prep an abomination that shouldn't have to exist in an advanced civilization. There should be a five-minute "thing" they could hook you up to when you show up for one of those procedures that gets the damned job done on the spot. Failing that, the five minutes of Fleet would be my choice. I don't know about the help from the cats, though. I can see that complicating things.

:))

I like the idea of a "thing" that cleans you out in 5 minutes.

They're also going to go to Voodoo Donuts and get a couple of vegan donuts for my niece...and probably some for the rest of us, too.

I wanted to go but we didn't make it.  The closest I got was seeing a man on the street holding a box.  I had other treats though and didn't really need a donut.

BK, when Bill does one of your shows, does Susan come to the show?

Ginny, good wishes and prayers that Richard has a speedy (and painless) recovery.

Well, this is (in my humble opinion) a really cool solo-ish piano cover version of Toto's "Africa":

The performer is Peter Bence, and here he is performing it in front of a live audience at the Sydney Opera House:

Thank you, DRs Jane, Elmore, and John G.  He’s taking it easy and watching his “comfort” movies.

Now playing: “The Shoes of the Fisherman.”

I wouldn’t think he would want to see anything about shoes.

I also managed to get near the end of Cloud Cuckoo Land. I can't say I liked it. Can't say I disliked it. It just is. I never developed much interest in most of the characters.

Susan Seaforth-Hayes does come to the shows every now and then - she's very sweet.
