Is this the one you're talking about?

Gumnaam (1965)

It has this beach number, translated roughly as "Can a hero with that tummy fall for my piano legs?" for the romantic couple!

And I will eat a hot dog while I am watching the movie.

Symbolism?  It is an art film, you say.

Good Evening!

What a lovely number of posts to come home to post-show!

-And we had a crazy-good audience tonight.  It took them a while to stop clapping and cheering after the final chorus of "Heart".

DR George - Is "Mad Hat Ballroom" - and the real-life events depicted in it - the same story that inspired the upcoming Antonio Banderas pic about ballroom dancing? -I saw a trailer the other day.

I was wondering that, myself.  The documentary is about fourth and fifth graders and the Banderas movie looks like it's about high school students.  But I got the impression that it was the same situation.

Good evening DR elmore, how nice to see you

Hello, dear!  I was just checking in on things.  I've been in shock for several months now over the "west Side Story" dance that opens GUMNAAM.  The best part is the band in their Zorro masks.

DRGeorge, I thought BIG FISH was a wonderfully imaginative film that worked on many levels, and the cast was wonderful.

Didn't Baz L. remake that in English with Kidman and McGregor?
