DC, glad you're back and that you are feeling better.

In your honor, I repeat one of my favorite MBarnum's contributions:

Deep Fried Throat

Thanks Edi!!

Great quote!

Flake is the common "Retail" name for a type of fish (Gummy Shark) here in OZ. Not good to confuse with Chocolate.

Not quite as bad as confusing "Dove" chocolate and "Dove" soap.

The Vendor was foolish to mistake you for a soft serve Vixmom.

Vixdad said that when the vendor heard I was from New York he proabably  figured I was "packing heat" or at least a switchblade

I KNEW IT!

I love MST3K's version of it, with their Sidehacker's song:

Sidehackin' is the thing to do
When it doesn't hurt to have a low IQ.
Take a life you like and a little love.
The big band prize is twenty-five bucks.
Sidehackin'll quench your danger thirst
The stupid ones always seem to come in first, yeah.

Sidehackin' is one big bash;
The favorite sport of cheap white trash.
When you're on your sidehack, make sure you don't slip;
You'll end up with five metal pins in your hip.
Lean way back 'til you scrape your butt;
Make it look like a quarter-pound of ground chuck, yeah.

It's a sport that attracts a lot of racing fools.
A lot of people get hurt 'cause there are no rules.
All you need is a toxic landfill,
A cycle and a sidecar and an urge to kill.
Better get with the sport 'cause it won't last long;
The founders of this sport are laid at Forest Lawn.

That was a fun version!

Love MST3K!

Can't remember that film.  It may have been the one with the theme tune by Paul McCartney. (a yesterday reference for anyone who knows of what I speak).

And for those who don't"

"Scrambled Eggs" was the working title for the tune that eventually became "Yesterday".
