No mention of "Autumn Leaves" or "My Way".

Ferrante & Teicher were French?

Me Carp.   Wasn't there a line in some film about "Seizing the Fish"  Or was that grab a dead poet.

I'm sure Paul Anka and Neil Young are often thought of as American(USA) composers.

Just in case anyone has taken DR François' comment seriously - Lou Teicher was born in PA and Arthur Ferrante in NY. (Both seedy areas of Antwerp)

No! Just a carp fisherman.

Remember I like to remind people that Russell Crowe is from New Zealand, Olivia Newton John was born in England and Mel Gibson was born in the USA.

Autum Leaves was a USA #1 hit for Louis Weertz in 1955.  (Rodzinski would know that)

Brian is very similar to "BRAIN", which you will hear mentioned in these parts from time to time. We have some notoriously bad typists here, (me included) so keep that in mind if you see yourself mentioned.

From time to time someone spells Bryan’s (our son) name Brain.  More than once packers wrote Brain all over his moving boxes (we have moved numerous times).  Bryan got a kick out of it.

Brian is your name misspelled on a regular basis?

As François is not on line to remind us:

Jacques Brel was not French.

Everyone I think is French turns out not to be French.

I just put myself on the reserve list for the new Harry Potter book on CD.  We've ordered 98 copies and I'm #118, so it'll be a while.  Love that Jim Dale!

We only ordered 20 copies of the CD talking book (so far), and there are 245 requests.  We've got 120 copies of the book on order and there are (as of right now) 557 requests!
