So - is the Harry Potter talking book available on the same day that the book is published?  And if so, does that mean that Jim Dale and his sound engineer know how it all ends ahead of the rest of us?

Wasn't there one of those some years back - Scarlett?  I thought that had been authorized by Margaret Mitchell's estate...

There was already an official sequel to GWTW, years ago.

That's what I thought too!

The writer's name is Donald McCraig.

Even funnier but true department:  just had a short-lived gig at a little restaurant that wanted to try live music.  Usually you get booted from these gigs because nobody comes and it doesn't pay for them to have music.  Well, guess what?  This place cancelled after two weeks because too many people were coming and no one on staff wanted to stay later than 9 p.m.  Can you believe it?

Sounds like they needed to get new staff. ::)

From: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gone_with_the_Wind

A second sequel will be released in November of 2007. The story covers the same time period as Gone with the Wind and will be told through Rhett Butler's perspective. The second sequel has been titled "Rhett Butler's People" and has been written by Donald McCaig

Peekabo of Broadway

*DR elmore - I believe I spied Michael Hunsaker in one of the shots photos.  ;)
I can't access this at work! :P AND I have rehearsal tonight, so I won't be able to see it until after that.  I hate it when that happens. ::)

;)

My beloved goddaughter Charlotte and her friends at the Horace Mann school discuss HARRY POTTER!

I was able to watch this and Charlotte is very comfortable in front of the camera!  She's delightful!

Back from a nice meeting.  Must now grab some chow.

Pogue, I like where I left Benjamin.  However, the short story Maddie is basically a Kritzer story with a differently named protagonist.

In reality tv land, it was fun to see a well-produced, well-paced treat for a change--the new season of Last Comic Standing.  Does anybody know why Jay Mohr is no longer hosting?  That idiot sitcom actor from last year is gone, thank heavens.

I haven't heard why...although I do like Jay.  I noticed that he listed as "Consultant" in the credits.
