TOD:

I like the page dances just to see what different folks come up with.

I love Spoo!

I'll admit I make fun of some of the others (such as bk's steal of Bob Hope's "I gotta tell you" which totally confused poor DakotaCelt on Oscar night.)

TV Reminder:

The SERIES finale of JERICHO tonight. CBS canceled the show (for a second time) last Friday. So far, no word yet that it's found another home on some other cable channel.

The usual reality suspects: IDOL, DANCING WITH THE STARS results, THE BIGGEST LOSER, BIG BROTHER.

As for folks' doubting Allison's visions on MEDIUM, sorry, but I can't forgive Anjelica Huston's character just because she hasn't worked but a few months with Allison. This isn't the first time that she's seen that Allison's visions often require time for interpretation; they aren't always readily-available solutions to puzzles. (This also isn't the first time she's been short and irresponsible in her treatment of Allison's method of working. Lucky for her Allison and family are so desperate. If they didn't need the money, I would have left her employ long ago. Who needs that kind of grief?)

I'll be watching last night's OLD CHRISTINE and CSI: MIAMI today. I'm expecting COYOTE UGLY on Blu-ray in the mail today (from UPS). Don't know what else might arrive. It's always like Christmas with these deliveries as they aren't always announced in advance and opening the packages often reveals an unexpected surprise.

If I don't get anything new in the way of review copies, I do that that three episode compilation of ALVIN & THE CHIPMUNKS TV shows to review.

I have read that one of the producers has indicated they are shopping for a cable channel, although they're not sure whether they can reduce the budget much more beyond the very shrunken budget they had for the few Season 2 episodes they produced.

SPOILER

Bretty, that summary of MEDIUM was hilarious.

MEDIUM SPOILER (well, a rather large MEDIUM spoiler)

And can you work in something about the husband being upset because his money woes take a momentary back seat to her saving people's actual lives.     I wanted to shout at the TV set that he should get some priorities, and indeed did shout at the Tv set (and the show's writers in the process  :)  ).

I think Joe has been very supportive -- above-and-beyond in virtually every circumstance.  But now he has an opportunity to take control of his own life and provide for his family.  Joe has time and again demonstrated faith in Allison.  She's demonstrated no faith in him.  I was shouting at my TV, too, but I was shouting at Allison.

Isn't it great that we're different?!!

I agree with DR Ron about this. Though the girls' college funds are important, they're in DIRE straits, and this could be their ticket out.  She should demonstrate the same faith in Joe that Joe has in her for so long.
