I don't know from witty and fun today.  Today, I'm cranky and sore.
Oh, business as usual, then.  Sorry to hear it.

Which is a euphemism for "just camp out somewhere", no doubt!

No doubt!  This is its own kind of show, but they don't sell tickets for it.

As for the Topic of the Day...

When I was on the road, Perkin's and Applebee's were always my stand-bys.  -And even though I should be over "it", I still won't eat at Cracker Barrel.

Fast-food-wise, if I see an Arby's, that's where I'll usually end up, even if it is a little more pricey than the other options out there.

Der B and I ate at the local Cracker Barrel once.  We decided it was not a place for people who enjoy food, and have never been back.

His daughter and her family would probably like it, however.

My question for ASK BK day:

What is the single most useful advice a director ever gave you?

What is the single most useful advice you, as a director, have given to an actor?

1. Take the stage
2. Take the stage

I've been teaching Wiggles bad tricks.

Yesterday, I pulled him up onto my bed, for a very nice rubbing/scritching/loving sessions.  He really liked it, and we went on for several minutes until we were discovered first by Bonnie and then by Buster, who got a little jealous and wanted their fair share of the same.

This morning, I was wakened by a jolting of the bed, and when I looked up there was a large black face looking down at me.  Wiggles had decided it was time for him to go outside, and also decided that I was the one who should let him out.

I can't wait until his mistress finds out about these new habits of his.

Take the stage to where?

And, these days, isn't it easier to take a train or a bus?

Or a plane?

The drama that happens at ANY Box Office is equal to or greater than ANY drama that happens on ANY stage, don't you know.

As one who's tangled with Martha Graham and Geoffrey Holder on different occasions in 1973, I'll drink to that!  Also for the memoirs.

We can blame Edi for the fun I'm having, exploring the Uncyclopedia.

For example, I was chortleing earlier today over their list of 100 worst chidren's books of all time.

Be forwarned - reading this at work could result in sudden vocal outbursts.   :o

I am elated and dismayed at the Big Brother happenings - so tonight should be interesting.

I'm curious what you're referring to.

What has you elated and what has you dismayed?

RE: the veto comp.

I just couldn't believe how dumb ryan was during last night's veto comp.  This should have been an easy competition for them (to make sure james did not win veto).

Any comp where you can help each other is not really fair for the one lone person.

I just couldn't believe how dumb some of them were.

Okay sharon/josh got screwed in the first question (they really did nothing wrong).

But that one question where james folded and nat and ryan both had similar answers. Ryan should have folded so nat could get her second point. Insteand he knew if he got it right she would be eliminated. And he still did it!

That and him folding on two questions he would have won make me wonder if he is an idiot!

DR JENNIFER - I am elated because of who won POV, and am dismayed because of the betrayal that one of the nominated people is setting up....it will work unless someone messes it up.....  My guess is Joshuah is somehow still going leave tonight....I don't want to see Sharon's face if the vote is 2/2....and then Natalie says bye to her.

I hope James gets HOH again and that Natalie and Sheila go up on the block and we get rid of at least one of them.

Jose, Anthony wanted me to mention how nice it was to audition for Rob Fisher. He had no idea who Mr. Fisher was or that he would be auditioning for him. When I saw the name I said "You auditioned for Rob Fisher! He's a big (and good) name" He said both people behind the table (I forget the second man's name) were friendly, attentive and actually listening. He said even if nothing comes of it, he know that he auditioned well and he felt good leaving the room because of the way he was treated by Fisher and Friend.

He said that it's better he didn't know who Fisher is/was. He might have been a bit nervous had he known.
