I loved Anderson Cooper on MY LIFE ON THE D LIST. The premiere episode was quite funny.

My DH and I went out for pizza. Sitting behind me were two people working a very easy crossword, and having not a clue about the most basic entries.

There were about a dozen times I felt like turning around and screaming the answer at them. My favorite thing they came up with was for the clue: "Dustin, in MIDNIGHT COWBOY". After going around and around with Hoffman and not understanding why it didn't fit, they worked more of the puzzle and came up with the answer: "Fatso"!

Of course, it should have been "Ratso" Rizzo. And they weren't even drunk...they were drinking Diet Coke!

I began my evening of viewing with IT HAPPENED IN BROOKLYN. This was a "minor" MGM musical that has a fabulous score. And Sinatra's rendition of "Time After Time" is peerless. It's almost embarrassing when Kathryn Grayson sings it later in the movie. Garland might have been able to match it at that time her career, but Grayson isn't even in the ballpark.

And Peter and Kathryn make a wonderful, beautiful couple.

I watched PASSWORD, and both celebrity players did fine jobs. I also found both of the winning contestants ingratiating people, the kind you really pull for and want to win.

As DR Elmore said, MY LIFE ON THE D-LIST had a funny season premiere. Loved Kathy at the Producers Guild Awards. She really takes no prisoners. Just hilarious.
