Good Afternoon!
-Well, actually it still feels like "Good Morning" to me right now... All my "plans" for getting up early went by the wayside this morning, but my sleeping in may have an upshot so...
I moved from the bed to the really comfy couch around 10:30... Then finally got off the couch around 1:30 (after "Y&R"

). So... I'm doing a load of laundry, and then I need to start packing... And since I only have my clothes and my kitchen stuff to pack up, it shouldn't take too long at all... And since I slept in, I should now be awake enough to go ahead and head back to Richmond tonight after the closing night party (that's the upshot)... We shall see how the day progresses.
I just wish the weather wasn't so gray and gloomy today - and the rain is supposed to move in tonight too. The gray is just making me feel tired, so... I guess that's sort of appropriate for a closing night.
Topic of the Day: Nothing... BUT starting next week, watch out! Again, we'll see...
DR Panni - I don't think we're in widescreen, but on my laptop it does seem a little "enhanced", but that's not a bad thing.

To tie up some of the posts from today... I did a summer at Amish Acres Round Barn Theatre in Nappanee, Indiana, and my first show there was Rodgers & Hammerstein's
State Fair. -In fact, it was the first production of the show post-Broadway - well, I think there was one done by a larger theatre a few months before. In any case, my piano/conductor score turned out the be the original one used by Kay Cameron on the tour - all her markings were in it - in pencil!
OK - Time to start packing up... -sort of a
Brigadoon reference...
"Jeannie's packing up
Jeannie's moving out..."
-Oh, and when I did the show in high school, of course, the alternate lyric to that song was a bit "adult"...
"Jose's packing up
Jose's _______ out..."

YES! I must start packing!
-OH!!! And during the chase, can you figure out what we sang instead of "Harry Beaton..." ?!?!?!?
