The other girls were big fans of David Cassidy. I had to hide my love for Donny Osmond.

OH We used to go DAVID CASSIDY AHHHHHH! Too.  We must have been very obnoxious on the playground,  ::)

Stupid me. I think I convinced my DH to come with me to the conference. Now I have to get him to NOT want to come, just so I can detour through Las Vegas.

ROTFLMAO!   ;D

Well, I suppose not.  But I would prefer that he, at least, know what the word again means.

Just shout, "ENCORE!"

Did I ever mention that there is quite the problem with the casting couch for Bollywood actors?

On a completely unrelated note, TD and I are in the process now of opening our own talent agency in Mumbai.

Maybe you could tell him you hear there is the most amazing casino carpet and you HAVE to get a picture of it...and it just happens to be at the same casino where DO is playing

I'm heading for bed. I think I got abot 4-5 hours sleep last night and I'm tired. I'm reading Anna Russell's autobiography, which I should have finished by the time my copy of the Hoffstetter #2 MURDER AT THE GROVE gets to me.

It's also getting time for PROJECT RUNWAY and then SORDID LIVES at 10. By that time I should be comatose.

Maybe I'll tell him that several of his cousins are looking forward to seeing him at the conference. That should do it.

I have been very tired. Last night I had a wonderful bowl of butter brickle ice cream. This morning I found the carton in the refrigerator.  Oh Pooh! I don't even remember putting it there.

Good Evening!

Hmmm... So, to cheer up my friend, Michael - who really has had a bad string of days lately - I "enabled" him to Artichoke & Basile's for a slice of their Artichoke Pizza - as well as a slice of their Crabmeat Pizza.  YUMMY!

*And to make sure he was totally cheered up, we then headed to Dessert Club, ChickaLicious** for a S'Mores Cupcake - Brown Sugar Cupcake filled with Chocolate Ganache and topped with Toasted Homemade Marshmallow "Icing".  -And, yes, a picture will be forthcoming.  :)

**Which is across the street from it's "mother" ChikaLicious, the original Desserts Only Restaurant in NYC.

They all speak English very well...most educated Indians do...usually with a British accent.

So, does that make them cunning linguists?

Perhaps I'll have spaghetti and meatballs this very evening.  Or, maybe some baked pasta - I've never had baked pasta and it always looks good to me.

Thanks, Laura!  My parents went to dinner at a restaurant and then we're all meeting at my sister's for dessert.  SOON!  I need to leave!

Have a good rest of the evening, all!
