Looking for a movie for a project... I would not rather deal with the video stores here if possible. The stores are rather sexist and nasty.  NOt sure which is worse Blockbuster or one of the local ones....

I may have to search ebay and amazon for September Dawn.

I've decided to write a musical version of Spartacus.  It came to me on the long jog.  The first song I'm writing is called Oysters and Snails.

Oysters and snails
Females and males
I've tried 'em all, my dear
Oysters and snails
It never fails
I eat them and I feel queer...

I just started working on the big act two song:

'm Spartacus
Not him
He can't be Spartacus
He's Jim

I'm Spartacus!
You must believe

No, I am Spartacus
He's Steve.

How can all of us
Be Sparta-cus
My name is Gus
His name is Frank
But still

We're Spartacus
Ev'ry one of us
United we stand
Strike up the band
We're Spartacus
So, give us a hand
We really mean it
We're Spartacus
So, give us a hand.

Does "smarter cuss" rhyme with Spartacus?

Tony Curtis was a fine singer of songs in Spartacus, but it couldn't match what he did in the stage version of Some Like It Hot a/k/a Sugar.
