I voted 5 times for Emmit.  I got through on the internet but did it early.  I like Emmit's free style better than Marios.....horse racing....I am cheering for Emmit, but really don't care who wins. They both did a fabulous job

Morocco is a good, good movie.

But not one to watch during a depressive episode.

If this day is how it's going to be for the next three weeks, I'll never survive for the trip to LA!  I got home to find I'd set the VCR correctly but taped the wrong channel.  Damn!

Tomorrow morning I shall tackle "The Brain's Song."

DR MusicGuy, I don't thoink I'll able to join you for breakfast; I hope to spend Saturday with my hosts, since it's doubtful I'll see them much until then.  Of couse, I have no idea what their plans are, and by Saturday they may be glad not to see me!

No, not interested in that life sized Robby. It's like $70,000, isn't it?

Tonight I took out the cartoon DVD and instead put in the 1953 JULIUS CAESAR. It looked marvelous and was bolstered by a new Dolby Digital 5.1 track that was REALLY resonating around my den.

With the picture so vastly improved, I did catch shadows of the overhead mic a couple of times. Still, what a cast! What a production! It's one of my favorite Shakespeares on film.

I watched LAW & ORDER: CI tonight to catch guest star Michael Biehn and also for the first time Rita Moreno playing Goren (Vincent D'onofrio)'s ailing mother. Torn as he was between caring for her whining and trying to solve a high profile case (the police commissioner's missing daughter newly back from Iraq), Goren had a very explosive episode tonight. Enjoyed the show.

nip/tuck jumped almost twenty years into the future to show us what happens to all the major characters. Interesting if less compelling than usual.

I knew Joley Richardson was leaving the series, so I guess this was as good a send-off as possible.

We need a picture of the suit you bought to wear to the Opening Night!

It will need a few alterations first! LOL! But I got it for only $2...slacks and jacket and 1950s tie! Quite the vintage look if I can only find a hat.

Of course I could just end up looking dorky! LOL! But maybe someone would think I had just come from a movie set.

John Gabriel is making a play for Connie Stevens on tonights episode of HAWAIIAN EYE...now Bob Conrad is threatening John Gabriel...of couse he has to look up to John Gabriel...but still, he is tryng to act threatening.

I wonder whose job it was to make sure Conrad was always standing on boxes so as not to appear too short!

As fate would have it, TPunk showed me this link yesterday to a video of someone's cat who learned how to flush a toilet and is fascinated just flushing it again and again. It is quite something to watch...

Yay! My aunt in Manhattan Beach says of course I can come stay with her for the weekend of Dec. 9th. I figured she would, but getting her email made me feel warm & fuzzy inside. My energy just isn't what it could be tonight.

Tonight's rehearsal was just going through the music.  It went well and I got to leave at about 8:30. :) As for rehearsal tomorrow (Wednesday), I don't need to be there! ;D I get a night off.  Starting Thursday, however, we're really going to be running the show.  We open in two weeks!!  I have no doubt that it'll all come together in plenty of time and we'll have a great run. :D

And surely the cast of cannibals will not chew up the scenery DR George. It should be fun.

Well...I'm going to bed.  Good night, BK and Tomovoz.  It's been a long, been a long, been a long, been a long day (a How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying reference) :)
