Not as it stands, FJL, because currently their vision for that column is musicals, a fact I'd like to change in time.

So, no interview with the talented Johnny Galecki?  ;)

Thanks to DRS CILLA LIZ, JANE, and FJL.

Miss Molly will only be visiting until Sunday.  It would be wonderful if instead she said she is NOT going back....but I don't think that is an option right now.

But I wonder if Johnny Galecki does?

I can't use that internet picture of J. Galecki for a dance, so you must use your imaginations.

Does that mean Wayman never did columns on the young nubile actors who played the students in History Boys?  They would have appealed to his readership, and I'm trying to remember if he had done any of them :) , I mean, done stories about any of  them.  (If you're reading this, Wayman, I'm only kidding.)

Oh... That's right, I forgot they went to this multi-segment/quasi-news-magazine format for "Nightline" after Koppel left...  :-\

I sense a spike in image searches of Johnny Galecki on Google occurring as we speak.

Yes, an evil villain in WHITE HEAT or kind of a comic villain in that Danny Kaye music professors movie with Virginia Mayo.

But recently I even saw him play a great romantic lead, a real good-guy character in OF LOVE AND DESIRE with Merle Oberon. Kind of a vanity movie for her, but somehow fun. It shows occasionally on Fox, if you haven't seen it.

I was writing about Steve Cochran there, not Johnny Galecki, just in case anyone is confused!

I meant to mention that Cochran could also play romantic leads. He had gorgeous eyes.

I think he might have interviewed some when they did the hybrid spinoff, Naked History Boys Singing.

One of my favorite Steve Cochran films is SHE'S BACK ON BROADWAY opposite Virginia Mayo.  And WHITE HEAT also with Ms Mayo.

Yeah, the Dreamgirls segment was short, didnt' say much. I haven't watched Dateline in a while, now I know why. It's not as good as it used to be

I eat at Ollies almost every time I stay in the Times Square area. Most recently with DR jhvw.

I'll have to check it out next time.

My favorite Chinese food is Joe's Shangai in Chinatown. They have now opened one up in the west 50's... the soup dumplings are to die for. I wish I hadn't been dining alone last week because that's all I was able to order, but ah...it's so wonderful. There was a woman breaking up with a guy at the next table. A little extra drama before I headed off to the theatre!

The installation films on the exterior walls of the MoMA were pretty fun, too.

I haven't had this much energy in weeks and just in time for things to slow down a bit at the office, lol

Want to come help paint my house with George and his sister? ;D

Back from a lovelier than lovely dinner with La Julieanne Pogue.   We laughed and laughed and just when we thought we could laugh no more, we laughed again.

Would that make your sister the "Drowsy Chaperone"?

Back from Cirque du Soleil---"Corteo". I took one of my Turner clients, (my old Closer producer) and Greg. I've been going to see Cirque ever since they started coming to Atlanta, usually several times while they're here. My client had never been to see them. I love to de-flower Cirque virgins!

I don't like to sit too close when I see Cirque (or its clones) - I don't like to see the performers straining.....

I was able to get perfect seats, exactly in the middle. I don't like close up either...you miss a lot of the spectacle!
