What a wonderful partay we had - a nice crowd, everyone loved the food and ate lots of it, the DVD of act one was a big hit and everyone got a CD - Diana Darrin was there, along with some other nice folks - Kevin Spirtas was there, Lauren Rubin wasn't. The party really broke up after two hours - a couple of people showed up after that, but we were already gone by then. All in all, a completely successful CD release partay. Miss Patti took photographs and I suppose she'll post them at some point, probably tomorrow.

Poor DH is on his way home after recording a radio play. He worked on getting his gear together until 5AM because they shifted gears at the last minute about what they wanted. He got 2 hours sleep and then worked for 14 hours. I'm talking to him and keeping him awake on his long drive home. I think he's relieved it's all over...or is it?

BK, if you pass Egbert's contact info along, I will give it to some of the producers I know at Cartoon Network who create original programming. He has a great voice and is a very talented actor.

The owners of my local DVD store were at the party tonight, and they brought along all sorts of goodies, including a large stack of Oscar promo CDs, which I collect, as well as two new Criterion titles, Fallen Idol and Mouchette.
