My goodness, I'd say we've had us a frenzy or six since I watched a motion picture on DVD.

You're correct. I suspect a such a wise soul like you will vote for Sarkozy.

der Brucer

Even if he were to kiss my "derrière" (And he would if I'd ask!) I would not vote for that man! He's a softer version of Le Pen (in the Neck!)

At least "you're" was correct DerBrucer.  It so often is not on the NET.

"As you"?

That was the point.  strike it rich, wise guys, bounce, gold - who knows this week!

We saw Bounce at the Kennedy Center in DC (right before it was recorded). If nothing else, the show provided lots of fuel for discussion. Everybody agrees it needed "fixing" - few could agree on how to go about it!. It had the elements of two or three different shows, each struggling to get out.

Pity they had to throw out  "The house for Mama"  Beautiful song. Great that they recorded it anyway.

Yes. I'm too lazy to check on the correct title.

"As you"?

Actually I suspect "I suspect such a wise soul like you ..."
would best be rendered "I suspect a wise soul such as you..."

Yes. I'm too lazy to check on the correct title.

I'm not sure there was ever a "correct" title - just a "current" one.

It is the "as" rather than the "like". The placement of "such" does alter the meaning slightly though.

Very suspect are wise souls. I love the English language.

I meant "A Little House For Mama".

I think "Wise Guys" was funnier. The recording seemed to have more humour.

They thought of "A Little Night Music For Mamma Mia!" and decided against it!

Who knows why?! Certainly not I!
