I saw an interview on TV with the couple who are being sued and it was just heartbreaking what that guy is doing to them.  He is not a nice man. >:(

I agree.  I hope the judge hearing this case throws the jerk out of court or awards him $0.01!

I leave for three hours and we're still on page seven?  Will we never get to page eight?

What are they going to send him to review?

I don't think he should be awarded even a penny.  That would mean that he won the case and the couple would have to pay for all the court costs...and that would not be good. :-\

Speaking of a review, here's a rave review for the CD of The Brain From Planet X.  The Last Starfighter gets a nice plug, too.

It's a gala night at Alice Tully Hall on PBS tonight.

We've watched the opening and loved it.  When DH Richard and I are in NYC next month, I'd like to spend the day at Lincoln Center.

DR Elmore - can we make a date to go to the library on Friday, June 29?  We'll buy lunch!

You're right. DR George.  I guess the asshole judge suing them should lose because those nice people don't deserve this megillah.  They even found his pants and he's still being deliberately cruel.  we need to find an address and send hatemail.

That judge reminds me of other people who maliciously sued someone, deliberately causing them grief.

Yes, it was.  DR Ginny, if I'm not trying to evict DR MBarnum from the fire escape, perhaps.

Many thanks, DR Singdaw.

Based on Steven Suskin's reviews on Playbill.com, I'm considering ordering SWEENEY, WOODS and SUNDAY.  Not so much for the extras, but for the improved sound.

I'm thinking about getting some of these, but for the bonus tracks that I don't already have.  I keep forgetting to look at specifically what has already been released.

Hi all.  Forgive this short post but there isn't anything really to report.  It's so hard to believe it's already been a week.  I remember watching Ugly Betty last week at the hospital ER room.

I made it though a whole day at work and was able to get Bonnie her tag.  You know I never put that many miles on her but she's making up for lost time now.  I'm up to over 13, 000.  It is nice to have something dependable to drive.  I'm so glad I just had a tune up/oil change/air filter/flush and fill done just last month.

I got my hair cut super short tonight.  I just didn't want to deal with it with all that is going on.  I'm lucky I didn't pull a Brittney and just get the whole mess shaved off.  It looks ok but not what I would choose at any other time.  It will serve me well during this time.

I have to get up at five AM to go back to work.  I'm feeling very tired right now.  The work day took forever to be over and I worried about Mom the whole time I was there.

Oh, I tried to get a hold of my doctor and couldn't reach anyone until noon.  Then they couldn't fit me in.  I said the heck with it.  I bought some St. Johns Wort.  Let's see if that does something for me.

Laters all.

I can't recall what widescreen movies I might have seen but I know I saw POLYESTER in Odorama.

That movie stinks!
