"Never". I forgot.  We watched Disney's Peter Pan earlier in the week.

Can he still fly after all these years?!

There might be a... shadow of a doubt!

No overdOZed from too much Pixie dust?

Is it still a Pirate's Life For Me!

So many questions!

Ben has been lurking but he left as he came! Silently!

I think I saw him flying to the second star to the right, but there's no political  connection or implication in that!

I had a nice evening of TV viewing.

I began by finishing the PRIVATE SCREENINGS interview with Lauren Bacall. She did touch on her stage career during the show, and they played her singing "Welcome to the Theater" for the first time on the Tony Awards. Otherwise, though, it was about her movies, but only some of them. And not a single mention of her marriage to Jason Robards, Jr. I know it was a tempestuous marriage, but it did produce children.

Next I watched last night's hilarious episode of THE OFFICE, another home run for the folks at Dunder Mifflin including Michael's jaunt to the mall with the ladies at the office, and Dwight searching for a flasher.

GHOST WHISPERER had a frightening episode, but I'm not quite sure why the guy who can also see spirits disappears with them in her visions. He's not dead, so if he's there, he should be flesh and blood.

There has been a lot of speculation about the person close to Melinda who may die, and to me, it's obvious it's going to be Jay Mohr's character. That's just a guess, mind you. I have read no spoilers or inside information, but they've tried to keep the spotlight on David Conrad and Camryn Manheim, so common snese would dictate they're trying to steer us away from the one who's really going to die.

At 9 p.m., with nothing on network TV, I watched last night's SUPERNATURAL, a completely absorbing episode with Dean's view of what life could have been like had they not turned into evil hunters. And it was heartbreaking to see him realize what was really going on, cleverly evolving into a much more typical SUPERNATURAL episode. The show has really been on a roll the last few weeks with challenging and very unusual episodes.

LAW & ORDER had a very mundane outing with an obvious to spot murderer that it took everyone on the show about 3/4 of the show to realize. The trial sequences were really by the numbers especially McCoy's closing argument which was one of the weaker ones in the entire history of the show.

I also watched earlier in the evening Tuesday night's LAW & ORDER: SVU, an episode that will likely be seriously considered for Mariska Hargitay's award season submission. Is her long unknown brother a rapist. The show had some surprises and some very intense drama.

Of the TV shows I've recorded this week, I have cleared everything off the DVR except SCRUBS which I'll get to tomorrow. There is just no let up during ratings sweeps month.

Also, I was on TV yesterday. First, there was a close-up of my thumb (green, of course), and then there was the rest of me. I didn't see it, but Kayla says she did.

Cool! Did you tape the broadcast?

MattH - You don't watch CLOSE TO HOME at 9 on Fridays?  There was a very nice episode with Jonathan Silverman (from the old SINGLE GUY series) in a mini-arc of a few shows.  Quite entertaining, even though I normally don't watch the show.
