My laptop is working. It was a ton of updates that kept slowing it down to a crawl.  The good news is I'm now a secured network

It's my sister's birthday today. We haven't spoken since a big drama back in March, I think. Anyway, I sent her an e-card. She hasn't picked it up yet, but I made the effort.

I think that American Yodel smells like particularly toxic butt burps.

Der Brucer really enjoys the show.

Is our marriage in trouble?

Dear Abby, please respond!

That is because we both realize that it takes a natural blonde to pull it off.

Yes, the Booth Incident - that's the title of my next novel.

Below what I posted, he asked two people to followup and check on what happened.

I just made a most amusing post to the film score messageboard.  Here's a link to the thread - note the thread title - all the gentlemen I refer to in my post are soundtrack producers.

I wish I could get an email like that from Lowe's regarding the fact that the tilemen have not called, even after going in person to complain.

That's why I occasionally do that sort of post - just to watch and see how many of these people truly are humorless - on that board, it's plenty.

Yesterday, the voters in our community defeated an operating levy for the local school district.  Today, a couple hundred high school students marched in protest from the high school to the administrative offices and demanded a meeting with the superintendent.  That explains why there was a lot of unusual school bus traffic when I passed the high school on my way to work this morning.
