King Peter the Persnickety was know to take a wide stance when going to the bathroom. On more than one occasion It got him in trouble with his constituents.

ask bk day

Do you know if Stephen Sondheim ever read Writer's Block and what was his opinion?

I have no idea, but I'd doubt it - he once told me he doesn't read fiction, although when I sent him this particular book he said he'd read it on the plane.  I'm sure ALL my books are sitting nicely on his shelves.

And the word of the day is: MALACIA!

And the song of the day: FOOD GLORIOUS FOOD

And the musical group of the day-RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS

Did you see the recent film version of THE PAINTED VEIL?

I saw the Red Hot Chili Peppers in concert twice and there was nudity, on stage and off, both times.

Question for ASK BK day....what is your favorite Annette Funicello single?  Did you ever purchase any of her singles or albums?  If so, which one?

BK-

In your opinion will Stephen Sondheim write another Broadway Show beside constantly tinkering with BOUNCE otherwise known as WISE GUYS? When you meet with him this trip is it possible that you can ask him that question

But enough about you; what about the rest of the audience?    ;)

Did not see The Painted Veil.
If possible, Naomi Watts gives a richer performance in this, than in MULLHOLLAND DR., which I know we both share an affection for.  Highly recommended.

I don't think so, but who knows.  He's 77, I think, not that that means he can't do it, but maybe he's just content with tinkering endlessly with his past shows.
