I couldn't leave my phone off.  I was expecting a call from Cilla.

Just learned today that one of my interviewees, former child star Marcia Mae Jones, passed away at thE Motion Picture Country Home on Sunday  

She was 83. She died of pneumonia. Quite a gal she was and a great sense of humor, let me tell you! Many of you may remember her from the Shirley Temple films HEIDI and THE LITTLE PRINCESS or the little tormented girl in THESE THREE.
