Ditto from me, derB.

I know there are "complexities" at play, but these things affect you no matter what!

Hang in there and prod S. Woody to whip up some comfort food you love.

DR DakotaCelt - "Jose" is just "Jose" as far as I'm concerned.  No "tick" nor accent anywhere.

Except for that nervous tick he developed just after he met me.

I wonder if that was the same "nervous tick" I developed just seconds after meeting DR MBarnum?

Can I ask a favor of those who watch TORCHWOOD.  If possible can you put spoiler space or just write the title of the show in caps before you start discussing plot points.

We are weeks behind you.

Thanks.

No problem! :)

I am just working on the edits, correcting spelling, and making sure the accent marks are in.

We are being graded on that.

names like de Rosas and all the other fun ones.

The three elements of development I am focusing on is with the time frame between 1500s and 1899:

1. Monocultural economy (farming and mining)
2. Colonial dependency : Spanish and Portugese colonies and manipulation and influence from Great Britain, France and some observation of American influence in the late 1800s.
3. Exceptional Men myth and how it relates to the image of the Caudillos

Hang in there and prod S. Woody to whip up some comfort food you love.

Well, the $4.00 12 lb turkeys make that chore easier. He over cooked cooked too many chestnuts, and he is finding inventive ways of incorporating mashed chestnuts - actually quite tasty!

Maybe I can get him to make some turkey and dumplings!

A VIEW FROM LAURA_LAND

The area near the Utah-Arizona line is a place of strange and delightful rock formations. In the Paria Canyon-Vermillion Cliffs Wilderness, the renowned Wave formation is made of Jurassic-age Navajo sandstone -- 190-million-year-old sand dunes turned to rock. Stacked one atop another, the dunes calcified in vertical and horizontal layers.
