Hi folks. Just got back from lunch with Thelma and a doctor follow up visit.

All is going well execpt for this &(%!@ cough. The doctor said he hears a crackle in my chest. Nothing really bad but enough that I have to back on the antibiotic and rest, rest, rest! He was going to let me go for a few weeks but now he wants to see me again next Tuesday. Sigh.

I can go back to work on Monday but he may change that after he sees me on Tuesday.

Then there's the female teacher in the Sudan who is going to be whipped because she allowed her students to name a teddy bear Mohammed... you woulda thought the kids would've known better even if she didn't..

and that the parents could have just gone to her and say, hey, you've got to change the name as its impolite...instead of reporting her to the authorities...
