When I had to have my root canal, I had an appointment for a Monday morning.  I suffered in extreme pain through a very long weekend.  I was ever so glad to keep that appointment that Monday morning; it was actually a huge relief!

But not quite four hundred and now it's my birthday and I shall not rest until four hundred is attained.  New notes are up but this topic isn't changing until four hundred.
