Huh?  Did what work?

Well, since just mentioning Sean Young earlier today seemed to summon her almost instantaneously, I figured you were trying to conjure up some shrimp bisque!

ASSOCIATED PRESS

Quote
CABLE COMPANY BILLS TORNADO VICTIM $2,000 FOR DAMAGED EQUIPMENT

WHEATLAND, Wis. —  Having a tornado demolish her home was bad enough. But when Ann Beam received a $2,000 cable bill a few weeks later, she was floored. "I just couldn't believe it," Beam said. "I was like, 'What are they thinking?'"

Time Warner Cable billed a number of Wheatland residents for equipment destroyed in the Jan. 7 twister that struck the southeast corner of the state. Beam's bill covered five cable boxes and five remote controls.
She immediately called the cable company, but a man who identified himself as a manager said there was nothing the company could do.

Soinds like she got some of Elmoore's "luck".

Sounds great!
Afterwards, I'm sure you'd walk me up and down hallways indoors pointing out various carpet patterns, wouldn't you?

and Paul Simon
The night sets softly
With the hush of falling leaves,
Casting shivering shadows
On the houses through the trees,
And the light from a street lamp
Paints a pattern on my wall,
Like the pieces of a puzzle
Or a child's uneven scrawl.

Up a narrow flight of stairs
In a narrow little room,
As I lie upon my bed
In the early evening gloom.
Impaled on my wall
My eyes can dimly see
The pattern of my life
And the puzzle that is me.

From the moment of my birth
To the instant of my death,
There are patterns I must follow
Just as I must breathe each breath.
Like a rat in a maze
The path before me lies,
And the pattern never alters
Until the rat dies.

And the pattern still remains
On the wall where darkness fell,
And it's fitting that it should,
For in darkness I mst dwell.
Like the color of my skin,
Or the day that I grow old,
My life is made of patterns
That can scarcely be controlled.

Hey everybody! Just received this and thought I would stop in and pass it along...

Hi, all you animal lovers.

This is pretty simple... Please tell ten friends to tell ten today!
The Animal Rescue Site is having trouble getting enough people to click on it daily to meet their quota of getting free food donated every day to abused and neglected animals.
It takes less than a minute (How about 20 seconds) to go to their site and click on the purple box 'fund food for animals' for free.
This doesn't cost you a thing.
Their corporate sponsors/advertisers use the number of daily visits to donate food to abandoned/neglected animals in exchange for advertising.

Here's the web site! Pass it along to people you know.

http://www.theanimalrescuesite.com/

Thanks!

I watched two more episodes of BEAUTY AND THE BEAST tonight finishing disc 1 in the set.

In the first one watched, Vincent (AKA "The Beast") wept for almost the entire episode after losing his beloved in the previous episode. I mean, he would have put Doris Day to shame with his weeping if they had decided on a contest.
