DR edisaurus - Yes, you should be able to watch your downloaded program in iTunes on your computer.  Just double-click on the show, and the player window should show up.  *Are you at least seeing it in the small preview window?

DR Edi - do you have to have a video iPod?  I know our DS Rob watches episodes that way, either on the iPod itself or by hooking it up to his TV.  I'll ask him tomorrow if you have to have the iPod or if you can watch them on your computer.

No, I just have a little ipod nano, courtesy of the good folks at THE CLOSER.

However, the classic, tried-and-true Italian stove top makers are very easy to use, and make a great demitasse of espresso.

Ah---I've got one of these...somewhere. My little French boy gave it to me after he did his military service in Italy. I shall go searching...

As for the Topic of the Day...

Peter Falk - "Columbo", "The Princess Bride"
George Kennedy - "The Naked Gun" series, and all those episodes of "The Love Boat" and "Fantasy Island"
Ernest Borgnine - "The Poseidon Adventure" and "SpongeBob SquarePants" ;)

Ditto to all of these, except "SpongeBob SquarePants," which I've never seen. :)

TORCHWOOD!!!

I'm watching the rebroadcast of last week's episode now.  The new episode will be on at 6:00!

I have now caught up with all the posts.  And the big news is that I went outside today!  The first time since Wednesday!  I went to The Home Depot to see if they have a certain kitchen faucet in stock (they STILL don't...damn them!) and then I went to Port of Subs and I got a FREE foot-long BLT on wheat!  I had a fully stamped stamp card, so I was able to get the sandwich for free.  I love that. :D And now, I'm back home, feeling better than I have since Wednesday, but still not back to 100%.  Slowly, but surely. :)

Had a pretty good day (better than yesterday, even), and had some wonderful chats, most especially with Robert Waldman.  Also met John Saxon, who was very nice.  Mr. Gordon and I had a lot of laughs, too.

*Illy has been advertising their new top-of-the-line machine lately.  And from all accounts, it seems to be worth it's $799.99 price tag.  ;)

Wow!  You could buy a lotta Starbucks for that!

Jack Randall Earls, otherwise known as JRAnd, seems to be among the missing! What did you guys do with him! It is no fun for me to talk about old movie people when he is not here.

Well, I may not have seen the big twist in LOST last week, but I correctly spotted the big one (at least the big one so far) in DEXTER (the true ID of the Ice Box Killer), which I announced to Betsy quite a while before it was revealed, so I am feeling somewhat better about my twist-guessing sensbilities.  :)

If they're saying anything about a CEEment pond, you probably want to go get their autographs, too.
