Well... Part of me wants to head up to the bodega, get a copy of the New York Times, and spend the rest of the afternoon reading it.  Another part of me wants to get out into the sunshine again today since I'm going to be in rehearsal studios - some without windows! - this whole week.  In the meantime, I have a load of laundry in the dryer, and I made a pot off coffee to enjoy with my Doughnut Plant doughnuts.  Sooooo good!

One of the differnces for me living on the East Coast instead of Californina has been that I appreciate good weather so much more. In California I never said, "It's a nice day. I should get outside for a bit and enjoy it." Now I do! And I shall!

DR TCB, if you're living in OZ - also called "Emerald City" on HBO - how often are you dropping the soap?   ;D

I always smile when I hear Seattle calling itself The Emerald City.  For most of my life, Seattle was called the Queen City.

Of course, in recent years Tacoma has started calling itself America's #1 Wired City.  It is a name that has never caught on with the populace (think, Avenue of the Americas).  Instead, most of us still call Tacoma, The City of Destiny.

Just think how emotionally damaged I am, having been here before the warnings and before the web address was removed.

Well... I'm ba-ack...

The NY Times recently posted a new audio slideshow featuring the new play, "Parlour Songs", by Jez Butterworth.  Jonathan Cake is one of three stars in the play, and he appears to be continuing his series of "spare costumed" roles in NYC.  ;)

BK pondered in the notes about his menu for Easter dinner.

When celebrating an Easter dinner, good Jewish men should consider:

Lobster Bisque
Honey Baked Ham

Back from Easter breakfast. Mom and I  stopped off at an estate sale. She bought a cookie sheet and I bought an old throw rug and a wool blanket (for Bosco).

Now to watch another Bollywood movie.

Today it will be MAMTA (1966). It is a family drama about a mother and her kids, I think.

The DVD was on sale at Indiaweekly.com for just 39 cents. I have no doubt it will be worth every penny.
