YEAH! I have now completed 3 motions and 2 briefs that are due tomorrow before midnight.  That will make tomorrow so much easier. I still have tons to do, but it's really hard to write when I'm interrupted all the time, so getting that done today was priceless.

Boo Boo the Bug Hunter just did what I've been afraid she'd do for months. She leaned out too far from the ledge at the top of the stairs in pursuit of a bug and well....I heard her claws scraping on the wall, looked up and she was sliding down the last couple stairs.   She appears to be totally unharmed, as do the walls and steps. I am so glad I didn't see that coming.

Dakota, I'm almost wishing for snow to get rid of these GD Japanese lady beetles. I'd like to find the idiot who thought they were the answer to the aphid problem for soybeans. They have no preditors, they hybernate in your house between the walls and in the spring come out and try to find their way out. They bite, they stink, I'm allergic to them and Boo thinks eating them is the greatest thing even though they make her sick and cause her to fall off the landing.  

Now that I'm done ranting I shall leave....it was a rant and run...
