Well, you've read the notes, the notes said nothing and said nothing very well, and now it is time for you to post until the hard rubber cows come home.

TOD:  I think my worst food experience was when I tried haggis.  I don't refuse to eat anything just on principal - I'll always try anything at least once.  I don't think there was anything wrong with the food itself; the taste and texture just didn't agree with me.

The other thing that comes to mind is when I ate raw sardines at an outdoor market in The Netherlands.  I felt a bit queasy for the rest of the day.

McDonald's is evil.

Enough said.

TOD:

Creamed onions, at a Christmas dinner at der Brucer's daughter's house.

It's never a good idea to make this dish using pickled cocktail onions.

Enough said.

Yes, very nice poster for THE LAST STARFIGHTER.

I watched Chelsea Lately last night to look for DR JOSE and DR CASON.  The audience had about three pans - all from the back of their heads.  I didn't tape or anything, but I probably saw the backs of their heads.  And I concur with DR JOSE that Chelsea can be very funny.

Just so you know:

Communications take it on the chin around 4:21PM PDT as the Moon squares Mercury. Later on, heart-to-heart sharings look more promising as the Moon in Virgo forms a flowing trine to Venus in Taurus (7:04PM PDT). Board, card and word games capture the limelight for millions this evening. Researchers and investigators are also in the catbird seat as the lunar orb shines with library-oriented and studious vibrations when visiting Virgo territory. Get set for a rise in confusion and chaos manifesting tomorrow when the Sun faces off against dreamy Neptune.

At least in the NYC area, PBS is broadcasting John Doyle's new production of Britten's Peter Grimes from the MET on Thursday night.  I know that DR elmore did not have good things to say about the production.

I can't see any video link. The site has changed from last year so it's possible there will not be live video. Oh, well.

Good morning, DR Ben!   :D

I'm excited for the nominations list, and I haven't even seen most of the productions!  I daresay even out-of-town DRs have seen more of the shows than I!  :(
