I have a clogged Kitchen sink and am too lazy to go to the store to get declogger.  I tried soda and vinegar and it seems to be doing the trick

FOOD NETWORK SPOILAGE

Given the half hour rule, salmon did seem like the best bet.

Susie Fogelson looked like she was about to smile there, but then got that smell-in-the-air look again.

Odd that the comedienne seems least at ease in front of the camera

She seems to be totally nervous in front of people

OH!!! I almost forgot....I went to a local market today and the checkers were apparently talking about something that is a musical. One of them said "Oh my god, have you seen Sweeney Todd?  I will never eat pot pies again."

FOOD NETWORK DON'T-CRY-OVER-RAW-PIG SPOILER

Susie Fogelson has a little bit of a Debra Messing look going there, especially when the kid started crying.

FOOD NETWORK SPOILAGE CAN BE VERY STINKY

Ok, call me crazy, but this isn't the first season of Next Food Network Star. Wouldn't you go into it with a number of ideas for 30 min or less etc? It isn't like they don't know that they may have to do something quickly at some point.

I had a really entyertaining evening of viewing. I began with MR. & MRS. Smith on Blu-ray. It's certainly one of those three dimensional transfers - so clear you just can't believe it. And it's sooped up with a DTS-HD MA audio track that's also superb.

The film is completely outrageous and unbelievable, but it's still a romp. Too long for its own good but with beautiful people and lots of firepower, sexual and artillery.

I had seen the movie on HBO-HD, but the aspect ratio was compromised in their broadcast. Here I got to see the entire widescreen image in 1080p. Really glorious video and audio on this one.

Next, I decided I wanted to rewatch CLOVERFIELD. Since it's such a short film, I was able to squeeze it in in plenty of time before THE TUDORS began.

I don't have the Blu-ray version, just the sDVD which I reviewed some months ago. The Blu-ray version comes out this week, but I'm certainly not upgrading. What I have is good enough for that movie.

I had time to watch SUPER PASSWORD. Enjoyable. Any time a game show can get you to shout at the screen, it's got you hooked. PASSWORD has always been one of those games.

DR Elmore was right about THE TUDORS. They gave Anne a noble send-off, really quite stirring.

I wonder if the producers are going to keep Jonathan Rhys-Myers young and trim for next season or are they going to start padding him to look more like the king in middle age? By having him stuffing his face at the end of the episode, I thought maybe they might start aging him a little.

I guess we should ask....I know Woody may be taping or tivoing or whatever you call it. Jose will be watching too. I would think we should definitely not reveal who is leaving

I ended my evening with another episode of NCIS from the season 1 set. This episode dealt with the murder of a Navy diver. Very surprising murderer.

And then there's DR Jennifer... She probably won't be able to start watching this season for another couple of months in Canada.

OH! So you could give us spoilers..... :o

Unless someone really objects, I think as long as we don't give away who's leaving, there really isn't anything that's going to be a spoiler.  Anyone have a problem with that?
