Well, morning for you...for me it's that time when I'm awakened by cats, check the newspaper and go back to sleep.

In addition to the jazz clubs in Harlem that DR Jose mentioned, I also like Lucy's. If I'm in NY on a Monday night, I usually try to hit it and St. Nick's pub. You can often get a free dinner, too, if you get there on the early side. They seem to feed the musicians and anyone else who is around. (Sometimes I've paid, but even then, it's cheap, and usually involves chicken.)

bk - don't expect to see any lessening of cell phone use while driving, even with the new law.  New York and Connecticut both have had cell phone laws for years, yet every day I see many people doing just that.

There's also the Lenox Lounge...I'm never stayed for the music but have popped in a few times to show people the decor. Vintage art deco!

This is usually what happens at this time: my bg love cat comes and lays on my wrist, making it difficult to type. I pick him up and we g back to bed, where he snuggles up in spoon position with my DH.

I'm not thanking Ron for the code, because now I will be prompted to use it.

Well, actually, thank you, Ron! I gave away my copy of "Ociee Nash" to a little girl on Sunday, so now I can replace it for cheap. And I may get that 3rd Rock season 2 with the 3D episodes. And maybe FLIGHT OF THE CONCHORDS...

By the way - I had never heard of an aluminum "potato nail" before.  I am intrigued.

These looklike the children from the remake. If memory serves me in the original the eyes glowed white. (Maybe because the film was in B & W. Not sure)

ASK BK

Other than imdb.com & tv.com is there a collection or database where would one find information about credits for tv series like This Is The Life? Or see what an actor (or director, writer etc) has done?

ASK BK 2

There is a public domain dvd that has tv commcercials. Have your ever seen it? Any of your commercials (like the young Mr. Whipple) on it?

I'm glad I don't have an I-Pod. A friend says it will change my life. I doubt the hyperbole.
