Mild rather than cold. It is rare even in the hills for the temperature to get to O degrees C. We only have snow here about one a decade. We are about 50 k from Melbourne but in the hills.

As soon as this murder trial is over, I'm going to have to start working on losing weight. I'm really not eating right or sleeping right etc. Just isn't going to happen until August

Hey, I think I got a job. Well, I do but will get more of the particulars tomorrow. The agency that found it for me called me tonight about 5:30 p.m. and I will be getting close to almost $2.00 more per hour than I was making and I will definitely have weekends free. It is temp to hire but they told me most all people end up being permanent. That would be nice. It is in the loan/mortgage business which I know nothing about but they are willing to train me.

Also, my trip to NY is not an issue because I told them about it and that it is non-negotiable and already paid for!

I'm now inspired to exercise again Deb. I suspect I've put on a bit since my effort six months ago. My clothes seem OK but I may be folling myself. With another five weeks of French pastries coming up in Sept/Oct I had better make myself "ready". Congratulations on your results.

My wife and I are both trying to lose a lot of weight. We've started to eat right but we need to add a little exercise into the mix. Everyone who's lost a significant amount of weight is inspiring to us!

My son began as a temp at Amazon.com and was quickly hired full time. It gives them a chance to see if you've got what it takes. I think they do all their hiring that way.
