It is way too hot outside and I am sweating like a pig.

This is going to be one of those "I sure wish I had an air conditioner" days.

This is my first summer in a house with central air since I moved out of my parents' house almost 30 years ago. I don't think I could have gone another year without it!

So many things to do today, I don't know where to begin. My DH is still at Dukefest. He said that John Schnider sang with "Cooter"'s band and sounded very good and neither of them had aged much at all. They did a radio interview earlier in hte day with Catherine Bach. Apparently she let herself go after having her children, so the hosts were remarking about her comeback and how good she looked. Wish Greg had brought his camera, but I guess at some point we'll get to see what they're doing whenever it airs/is released.

So does this mean that Mr. Wopat is missing performances of A Catered Affair in New York?

Wow.  Atlanta without air conditioning for 30 years?  I could never do it.      :P

Nor could I.  In fact, I only lasted 3 years here in southern Ohio before I had to have a car with AC.

My DH has not seen him yet. I pointed him out at the Tony awards and wondered if he was going to make it to Dukefest. My bet is no...

"A Fossil's the remains of plant and animals that died out
They've been perserved in rock where they get min'ralizd and dried out
A Bone, tooth, footprint or a leaf or shell or PIECE OF SCAT
Scientists who were with all these clues to Ancient History

I've done a little work, revised one little part of one little song, and will soon get the rest o' the fixes in and be done with work for this day.  The big question is: To jog or not to jog.
